Toegang tot het mooi aangelegde zwembad, toegang tot een ruime tuin met jeux des boules.

De gastvrijheid was matig. Vooral stroef in de communicatie. Weinig service. Alles moeten vragen, waarom de airco uitstaat, waarom de vending machine leeg is, of we de pendel bus kunnen gebruiken (kon niet ivm excursie)

Très bonne surprise que cet établissement, personnel sympathique, super buffet du soir et petit déjeuner, des excursions, piscine, spa tres agréable, les explications sur la ville données par une dame pleine d'humour, navette pour aller en ville, tout est parfait nous reviendrons !

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet établissement : la gentillesse du directeur et l'ensemble de son personnel, les locaux très bien entretenus, la chambre très spacieuse. Notre séjour s'est si bien passé que nous envisageons de revenir. Belle découverte

Le soir il vaut mieux rester à l’hôtel car le quartier dans lequel se situe l’hôtel n’est pas bien fréquenté et sûr, la nuit.

L’établissement est sécurisé, stationnement gratuit, chambre spacieuse.

The hotel is in excellent conditions and very clean. It has nice and generous spaces inside and out. Comfortable beds, all new. The terrace and green space is super. Location: A short walk from the Friche La belle de mai, interesting location. Some of the staff is very nice and warm.

There was an obvious mis-communication between the staff at the hotel after I contacted them a few times to alert of our night arrival. This left my family ( elderly mother and young child) stranded in the middle of the night for half hour outside the hotel and unable to reach anyone as we had no contact number for the night guard who was doing the rounds. It was an awful experience and with not much battery left on my phone, I really didn’t know where to turn to, how to even find or go to another hotel. We were only lucky as we saw a late guest and were able to come inside the hotel, and then we were able to find an emergency phone ( hidden from sight) and finally got in touch with the guardsman to open our room. Next day, the manager didn’t seem much interested or cared enough about our negative experience, and that indifference was the lowest point of our stay. I can appreciate that mistakes happen, but not acknowledging it or making us feel like a nuisance for it, was very bad management. We also missed our breakfast for lack of communication of the schedule - we had a 10am end time but apparently there was a 9.30am end time on weekdays- A simple welcome email could have all the basic info, it’s not rocket science! Eventually, this was small problem as a staff member took pity on us and kindly gave us some croissants. During daytime, it was impossible to connect with the hotel to organise the shuttle pick up. Either there was no reply or after reply, I was put on an answering machine message. Bizarre. We eventually walked back to the hotel ( with my elderly mother ). Overall it was a pity that we could not enjoy this hotel.

Seguridad 24 horas y personal amabilísimo. La atención en recepción por parte de Jezia es exquisita, al igual que el trato recibido en el bar por Diana. Ambas prestan un servicio con diligencia y esmero para complacer a los huéspedes. El Spa y la música en directo son un plus añadido. La habitación cuádruple es espaciosa y cómoda. Un hotel recomendable por el cuidado de su personal y las instalaciones.

The location is at an old maternity ward with a nice park, plenty of parking places available free of charge within a closed, secured compound.

No fridge or safe in the room, the breakfast is quite repetitive and basic, the location is not close to the main attractions, they charge you 230 euros upon arrival, as warranty against any damages, which they reimburse when you leave. They don't clean the room or change your towels unless you stay longer than 3 nights!

They made me pay a 70€ fee and didn’t return it dispite of calling and asking.

Good standard of hotel for the price. Large airy spaces and good sized room, generally very clean.

Although probably well above average for cleanliness, the room floor needed hoovering. The neighbourhood is not the best in Marseille, but it's reasonabley easy to get in and out of the centre.

Excellent ambience and facilities. Breakfast was awesome with many options. Also, it was awesome experience to enjoy spring evenings in the park there. View was also awesome from our window.

Room temperature was around 26 degrees, so difficult to get sleep at first.

The flight home . The location was dreadful. The only nice thing about it was the courtesy bus and the Keda the driver

Accommodation or location had to ask for clean towels and eventually got them.. No clean sheets for bed. I even offered to make it up myself, and still no clean sheets..

Every day a changing diner buffet of good quality. Breakfast was every day the same but good. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. We had a lovely stay!!!

The location is a bit out of the center, but it was perfectly for us to park the car safe at the hotel. The free shuttle brings you to a good starting point to start sightseeing the city. The room had automatic and central controlled heating/cooling, not controllable in your room. For us it was a bit too warm at night, so we opened the window.

We really liked the property. The garden and pool area is great. It’s so good to have outdoor space where you can chill after sightseeing. Loved that they have free parking, that’s so rare nowadays.

Didn’t like the breakfast, quite poor. No vegetables whatsoever! Felt sorry for vegetarians. Also we had a room for three and it was prepared only for 2. Didn’t like the fact they asked me for deposit when we paid a week in advance.
