Good location and easy to access with very clear instructions on how to get into the rooms. Rooms wer tjwe rIvery clean.

It was very basic, simple things like only 2 pieces of cutlery and missing other kitchen basics. No sweeping brush, just a dustpan and brush. Just way too basic for the money paid. All very simple to fix or improve, just needs some extra thought on customer experience. Towel rail didn't work in flat 2 and there were no instructions on how to work heating etc.

wrong address provided but we managed to find it easily with the pictures. lack of flexibility for early check in/check out but it is everyone these days.

It could get a bit noisy, but honestly wasn't as noisy I thought it would be, considering we were so close to the market.

The location is good and the apartment itself is attractive, clean and easy to use. It was comfortable and warm.

The apartment itself is up 44 stairs from the street level and there is no lift. The bedroom is up another 20 odd steps. That was manageable, but challenging on arrival, for a couple of average age 78 to get travel bags up narrow stairs. What was very disappointing was that many of the promised services weren't working or accessible. The cooktop and microwave didn't work, there was no toaster, the laundry cupboard was was crammed with linen bags and cleaning gear making the washing machine inaccessible. What was also disappointing was that a request for a extra days stay was offered at a massive premium on the daily rate. We also requested an early check in in return for an early check out to similar effect, no flexibility, simply the offer of an extra days accommodation at a highly inflated rate.

Clean, good bed, location works for me.

Everything is near - underground, market, cinema, pubs, supermarket...

In the morning it was quite loud, because there is a market in front of the house. From 6 a.m. it was relatively noisy. I was in apartment number 2. I could hear any step from above (appartment 3).

The street outside was quite noisy - both during the day and quite late into the evening (could be an issue for light-sleepers) Wasn't an issue for me, but the staircase is quite narrow The shower head needs to be taken care off

Great flat in a great location. Easy communication with the owners and easy self check-in procedure. The flat 3 is spacious and clean. I only stayed for one night, didn´t use the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. I stayed during the week so there was no too much noise around.
