Die Lage ist top.

Parkplatz war besetzt, kein Personal anwesend, im Zimmer stank es widerlich,Risse in der Wand, Klopapier war wie Schleifpapier, Herd war dreckig.

wir waren schon das 2.Mal in diesem Apartment, Da wir mit unseren Enkelkindern fahren ist natürlich der Aquapark das absolute Highlight. Nur durch die Tiefgarage und man ist da.

Die Schlafcouch war nicht so toll. Mit 2 Personen gar nicht möglich.

The apartment itself is not in good shape And in need of repairs. The bathroom smelled like a sewer because there was a broken bidet, that instead of fixing it, they just covered up and made us deal with. it doesn’t seem like they do a really good job making sure everything is in working order prior to the stay. The hot tub… I’m not sure how well it’s been maintained. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and we had to use some other one, but it was spotty. It’s not what I expect for what we paid for.

You want a honest answer? The location of the apartment, D107 was very central and very good. I found one of the reception not very friendly at all, and she only spoke polish or little German. However, when it came to a complaint from my end, she gave me the impression she was not open to communicate. Of course not all were unfriendly, one was friendly but when she informed us that we could use the Spa across the street, the information was appartently incorrect. Seems a lack of communication between the two parties took place. Outcome - we got very upset with the situation that took place.

Honestly - You do not want me to get started on the poor maintenance of the status of the bathroom smell, "daily" for 10 days, and vacation club did NOTHING about it! I was on the phone and via e-mail on a daily basis with Booking.com and Vacation Club. I have never been so disappointed in the outcome of an apartment that was so expensive for us, XXXXX and not well maintained! To top it all, NO one really cared if our stay was pleasant or not! All I heard was apologies, apologies.... The fact that the communication with (housekeeping), that came to the apartment only spoke either Russian or Polish, very little German - and NO English. I found not ok. It was extremely difficult to communicate via translator - Mobil Phone. The "mattress topper", was the worst I had ever seen! It was a shame that NO one cared to remove this topper before we arrived, until I "ASKED" them to remove it. You would think the maid would have removed it herself or brought it to the attention of the vacation club receptionists! Spots were all over the topper and stains in various colors. I asked the housing keeping Manager to remove it completely. Lucky me, I took my own sheets and pillowcases with me, then I felt much more relaxed. One dining room chair had a large stains on the leather seat and two of the chairs were not very stable - safety hazard, should have been replaced! Kitchen: Well equipped and very clean, also the refrigerator was very clean. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Patio: Stained tiles all over the patio, seemed it was never cleaned, very disappointment! Whoolpool: Had lot's of debree, creamly looking water, it looked like it was never sterilized, until we brought it to the housekeeping manager's attention, then he came with a cloth and cleaned around the upper part of the whoolpool and vacumed out the depree. Bathroom: Terrible smell! We had to deal with it for 10 nights (off and on).
