We love everything!! The owner is kind and friendly. My family had a very comfortable stay. We are looking forward to come back again and stay in this apartment. Excellent!

It is located in the city centre near cafes and restaurants and sightseeing spots. We felt much at home in the apartment and hope to return in 2022.

The fridge was not cleaned before we came. I had to wash over the shelves myself. It is not a big deal to me personally but some might find it annoying.

The property is located at the city center which made it easier. Very well equipped. Extremely spacious and beautiful. Not something you would want to miss out on.

The apartment is located on the third floor (with no elevator) due to which we faced a little issue for luggage transfer. However, the property is totally worth it.

Excellent property right in the centre of Yerevan. Walking distance from all the main sights. Excellent amenities. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend for a small or medium group stay.

The owner was asking to pay extra money for broken washing machine, and light stand for 52,000 dram. Too too much for that simple fix... Bad end with bad attitude. Never use this apartment again.

Amazing place , luxury is the best name for the place . In heart of Yerevan but in a not crowdy street . Everything is close to you . The place is beautiful with 4 bedrooms and 3bathrooms . Beautiful kitchen , amazing balconies. We stayed in 4 place in Yerevan this one is the BEST . The owner very nice and helpful . I wouldn't look for other place if i go to yerevan

Good localisation, huge two floor aparatment with a nice balcony for spending there a cosy evening with friends. We were 12 people there and were very pleased with 3 bathrooms. The owners were helpful and easy to contact. I recommend this apartment if your travel with a bigger group of friends/relatives.

At first the owner was not able to see our reservation and thought it was cancelled. We got at first stressed (we certainly did not cancel) but they hosted us anyway and everything went well further on. This might be a Booking system problem.
