La ubicación es muy buena. La habitación es genial. Todo estaba limpio y en orden. Las vistas al Vesubio impresionantes, lo mejor. La atención que nos dio en todo momento Giuseppe.

El entorno donde está ubicado está muy sucio y tienen muy mal ambiente. Pero a pesar de todo, sin ningún problema.

La stanza è bella e pulita,lo staff attento e gentile, sia chi si occupa di dare dettagli per il self check in che la signora che si occupa delle pulizie . Il materasso è molto comodo e il balcone offre una vista stupenda su Napoli.

La ubicación es perfecta para estar céntrico y ala vez cerca de la estación central. El chico ha sido súper atento en todo momento

Bellissima la vista, davvero gentile e attento il proprietario anche se non lo abbiamo mai visto direttamente. Letto molto comodo, arredamento moderno e giovanile, frigobar con prezzi normali e addirittura la pulizia delle camere ogni giorno. Posizione molto comoda per arrivare a piedi dalla stazione e per andare a spaccaNapoli/ stazione duomo sempre a piedi.

Great room (comfortable bed, clean shower, new facilities, only a little small) with an amazing view over the city in a good location (close to central station, all sights in walking distance).

The host is friendly only until there is a problem. I left a package of raw nuts in my room over an afternoon, which attracted ants immediately. After reporting the issue to the host, he was very aggressive, told me that every child knew not to leave food around, sent 10+ messages, called my phone 5x times in a row, demanded that I have to give access to a cleaning lady immediate and threatened to report me to booking.com. So make sure to not cause any problems!

Zentrale Lage. Sauberes Zimmer. Wir hatten leider ein sehr kleines Zimmer was zu zweit nicht angenehme ist. Self Check in funktioniert sehr gut. Der Eigentümer ist immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Kleines Zimmer, Gebäude an sich heruntergekommen. Keine Parkplätze.

It was a small room( smallest of all the rooms). The front door was a sliding door and the lock was not that sturdy.

We liked everything, Guiseppe was really kind and gave us some recommendations about the city. The room was beautiful, clean and the view was magnificent. We will definitely visit again 🧡🙏

The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the city. Giuseppe was very helpful and kind in the process of making sure we found the property and checked in smoothly.

It was difficult to find the location. The surrounding area was a bit rundown, albeit central to most things.

Giuseppe is the best host! He made everything work flawlessly, from check in, to knowing where to go, to helping us get a cab on the day we left. The rooms are modern and very comfortable and the view from the terrace room is amazing!

We loved staying at south hands! Beautiful room (newly renovated, wonderfully equipped with fridge, coffee machine and AC, VERY comfortable bed), including a huge balcony providing a wonderful view (you gotta book the sea view room ;-)) all over Naples including the Vesuv and sea front (harbour). Bathroom is also absolutely beautifully renovated and equipped, super clean and got a big shower. Giuseppe is a perfect host, providing super useful information around staying at the property as well as how and where to get around. We been to Naples the second time as we stayed at south hands, the neighbourhood is a bit rough, but it's no such a big deal since the historic city centre where most of the restaurants and sights are located at is only 5-10 min walking distance away from the property. However, we really felt like kind of home-far-away-from-home at south hands, it was simply perfect and we would always come back there once in Naples if its available! Huge recommendation!!!! :-) PS: Pizzeria Da'Michele (probably best and most famous neapolitan pizza in Naples) is located right around the corner. Go grab some pizza for take away there (queuing the line for take-way is WAY MORE efficient than waiting there for a table for probably hours) and enjoy the wonderful pizza at south hands balcony... it's worth it ;-)

The elevator which travels unusually slow and the location of the hotel is quite underwhelming.

The property was very clean. It was also kept clean throughout the stay by the staff, who also made sure we wanted it clean before entering whilst we were away. The staff also helped us with finding interesting things to do in the city and throughout Naples at all times of the day. It was extremely comfortable and the view is to die for. Absolutely stunning, will hopefully be back in the near future.

The location was great! Not far from train station at all and central. The room was on the 13th floor so had an amazing view during day and night time. The room was clean and spacious.

The elevator was a bit old - needing to insert 10c coin for it to work every time.

The location is really central and close to the train station, however, at night the area feels a little sketchy. Not recommended for female solo travellers.

The room was very new, stylish and comfortable and has an amazing view.

The rooms are in an old run down apartment building so getting into the rooms themselves was a strange experience. The rooms also lacked any cups or glasses (bigger than a thumbnail) which made making tea etc a challenge.

The view over the city is amazing. The room is comfortable and clean.
