Good location on the main road and easy walking distance to Saikaew beach, excellent value for big groups, the front area is a great place to hang out with a few drinks, perfect for a weekend getaway with your friends we will definitely be back!

It's great for young groups but probably not so suitable for families, would have been nice to have air conditioning in the main area because it was a bit warm in the daytime, but all the bedrooms have it so that's more important.

The property was located near all the restaurants The staff manager was very kind and reliable Not noisy after 0100 am

We were very disapointed about the property : - mosquitos in all the bedrooms even the doors were closed, we bought an electric device in order to kill them every night before sleeping but not enough sometimes... the kids have been attacked by them often. - the bad smell (toilets) expecially in the largest room on the ground floor (we lost 2 king size bed), consequently we were not able to use this large room during our stay. The staff have tried cleaning and removing the horrible smell but unsuccessfully - the bugs (flies and big cockroach) - the neighbor's cat has urinated on our clothes which were drying on the balcony - the towels were washed with water only, no washing powder were used ! result : smell humidity... - the walls of the property are very thin, noisy few nights, however the main road was not noisy at all... no nighclub, no pub in nearest the area - the children have seen a rat in their room (1st floor room)... there was small holes in the walls - no air con in the living room only a fan, lots of mosquitos - no kitchen in the house but a fridge and a microwave Nous avons été très déçus par la propriété: - les moustiques dans toutes les chambres même quand les portes étaient fermées, nous avons acheté un appareil électrique pour les tuer avant de dormir mais pas assez efficace ... les enfants ont été souvent attaqués - la mauvaise odeur (toilettes) surtout dans la plus grande chambre au rez-de-chaussée (nous avons perdu 2 lits king size), par conséquent nous n'avons pas pu utiliser cette grande chambre pendant notre séjour. Le personnel a essayé de nettoyer et d'éliminer l'horrible odeur mais sans succès - les insectes (mouches et gros cafards) qui se baladaient - le chat du voisin a uriné sur nos vêtements qui séchaient sur le balcon - les serviettes ont été lavées à l'eau uniquement, aucune lessive n'a été utilisée! résultat: odeur d'humidité ...
