Amazing Pool/Canal 3 King,1 Queen sofa bed, 2 Bath, Near Beach and Times Square
Questa camera da letto 4 king, un letto matrimoniale a scomparsa, letto a rotelle (due gemelli), 3 bagni di casa si trova in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale ed è un mezzo isolato da tutti i ristoranti e gli shoppes della zona di Times Square / Pier. Un isolato a TImes Square, il molo e la spiaggia. Godetevi la tranquilla piscina riscaldata che è coperta da una Lanai per tenere lontani insetti e foglie. L'area della piscina ha un bellissimo bar in mogano su un'estremità. Il bar ha una TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici, ice maker, frigorifero e frullatore. BBQ del pesce fresco dai nostri mercati locali sulla tua griglia a gas. Al piano superiore è una spaziosa cucina completamente attrezzata, una grande sala da pranzo posti a sedere 8-10, un ampio soggiorno con divani in pelle marrone di grandi dimensioni, Lazie Boys reclinabili, e una TV a schermo piatto da 50 pollici, 2 bagni, un terrazzo, una zona ufficio , una lavanderia e 3 camere da letto king ognuna con una TV e un letto matrimoniale. Al piano di sotto è un appartamento con una camera da letto matrimoniale. Il soggiorno ha un letto a rotelle che tira fuori in due letti singoli, una TV a schermo piatto e zona salotto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e c'è un bagno completo. Questo appartamento è situato vicino alla piscina per l'uso dei servizi igienici e delle cucine. Inoltre accanto alla piscina è una doccia esterna per uso piscina o per la persona più grande del gruppo. Ci sono canne da pesca per pescare nel canale e due biciclette usate per andare in spiaggia o vedere l'isola. House had everything we needed. The kids loved having a pool and spent a majority of their time there. We rented a boat and parked it on the canal. Owner was responsive when we had a couple questions. Location was great, easy walk to several good restaurants. Times Square beach was crowded both days we went down, so we mostly just took the boat out to find more private locations. Was nice to be able to bring the dog along and the fee was reasonable.

We had a great vacation. We would definitely like to stay here again. The location was fantastic. The lay out of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. We really appreciated the screened in pool. We do a great deal of cooking and the kitchen was well appropriated. The owner was easy to communicate with. No complaints at all!!

I rented Tess' place for a week in May to celebrate my 30th birthday with my siblings and their spouses.
The good:
The pictures don't even begin to do it justice. This house is a-w-e-s-o-m-e. The pool is salt water and nice and deep and huge. There's a bar and a little apartment. The master bathroom has a bidet and the master bed adjusts and vibrates lol. There was more than enough room to spread out and have some space if you need it. It is located on the canal and if you hop in one of the three kayaks you are a few strokes away from the back bay. The house itself is RIGHT around the corner from downtown. The sunsets are amazing, the local restaurants are really cool. I loved it.
The (not bad, but, idk... notable?)
- It was just bad luck but the air went out on our last night there and it was so hot and humid. Tess was as responsive and helpful as it was reasonable to expect her to be at 8pm on a Friday night. But that was a bummer.
-The downstairs apartment is a little musty. If that smell is something you are sensitive to, keep the teenagers down there lol.

From booking through our stay everything was easy. Tess is very nice and responsive to all of my inquiries. The place was clean and large enough for our whole family. A lot of room in the open concept living space, although most of our time was spent by the pool which also has a lot of room. Would definitely recommend to any family!

This property was in a fantastic location in walking distance to many shops and restaurants, the beach and the pier. We enjoyed the space with room for all. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. We enjoyed watching the fish in the light in the canal at night. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

Had a fantastic time in this house! Mid July with 4 couples. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Made friends with neighbors on both sides. House is great; master bedroom has adjustable massage bed and bidet in bathroom—surprise bonus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bar area was great and ice maker well used!! Fish light attracts fish every night and there’s a bar in the dock for hanging by the water. In laws stayed in downstairs apartment and it was great to have an extra fridge and bathroom (fridge also behind bar). Tess was friendly and helpful and If I have any suggestions for her it would be to request the cleaning people tidy up the outside area in the back and outdoor shower periodically. All was good once we cleaned up a little, and we spent lots of time out there. Short walk to beach, restaurants, shops, pier, and on weekends there’s a band outside in Times Square, street performers, and additional activities. Thanks Tess for everything—we had a great time!!!

Overall we loved the location, pool, fishing dock and proximity to shopping and the beach. Size of the home was perfect. We all agree we would return.

Location is perfect for walking to everything you want. House is clean and almost everything needed is provided. Our only complaints are the fishing rods were not in good condition and the grill was not cleaned.
Wonderful sidenote, the dining room made a great backup plan for our rained out beach wedding ceremony!

This property has ample space inside and out. There are so many options for activities on and near the property. We spent very little time inside because the lanai and pool were so roomy and comfortable. Our host responded to our extra needs promptly. We would recommend this property!

The house is in the perfect location. Close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, beach and the pier. The house had everything we wanted and more. We used the pool everyday also used the fishing pole, bikes, wagon, sand toys, beach umbrella, coolers, gas grill, Karaoke machine. This is our 2nd time to FMB and the 2nd time renting from Tess. I would recommend this home to all my friends who are looking for a great family vacation home. Thanks for everything. Deb and Mark, family

The furniture was a little bit dated and worn, but the house was perfect for our family and great location to walk every where! We loved the screened in pool! We actually caught a few fish as well in the canal!! Tess was awesome to work with, even through the pandemic, as we had to cancel a few times. She was very understanding and always replied very quickly to our concerns!!!We had an awesome time (hated to leave) and would love to come back to this place again some time!!! The house had EVERYTHING you need, and was amazing. And location was great, in the heart of the beach, but just far enough out for peace and quiet.The owner is very responsive and pays attention to all the little details All the beds were comfortable and CLEAN The best part of this place is the pool area Pool is very clean and the area around was setup for hanging out with large groupsIf you’re looking for a place to stay in Fort Myers beach, I would recommend this place

This year because of COVID we went for Girls Wanna Have Sun, and decided on a rental near beach in Fort Myers with private pool.We couldn't have been more satisfied. 2 blocks from main strip of shops and restuarants and one block more to beach.Koester's home was amazing. Everything you could want and more. Only wish there was interior connection to downstairs rooms. Some of the women kept locking door out of habit and other part of group would be locked out.Usually we are a bigger group and if we do Florida again we will rent Koester's next door home as well.Thanks for a great stay.
