We were very impressed with the house and the neighborhood. Owners let us know when they were coming to maintenance the pool (chemicals) prior to their arrival. We will definitely stay at this property again.

We have stayed in the area before and were looking forward to bringing our 5 year old for her first trip to Florida. The house was perfect for the three of us! The pool was amazing to cool off in after a long day in the sun and the hosts even stopped by to maintain it every couple days. The location was great for us and felt very centralized to all the places we planned on visiting. Only about a 25 minute drive to AMI beaches which was easy with minimum traffic before 9am. Publix and Walmart close by for running errands and lots of restaurants within 20 minutes. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies (we did purchase fans for the bedrooms) and we were very happy with it. Perfect week long getaway that we would recommend to anyone!

We love everything about this property and our host! She is very communicative and they even find time to clean the pool during your extended stays. This location is a very close to Anna Maria Island, So we get the best of both worlds, a pool and the beach! Our favorite activities to do include going to the arcade right around the corner at bowlero and playing Pokemon go together as a family on our downtime. This year we decided to visit the aquarium in Tampa and visit St Petersburg for the Chihuly exhibit and downtown shops. We will be back for sure!

This house was very nice, clean and plenty of room. The pool was very nice! The house was stocked with supplies, the beach toys and umbrella was a bonus also. We would come back again.

Property was spotless. Good location and pool is nice. Perfect for our little getaway. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to get more comfortable beds and fans in the rooms. Rooms get a little bit hot. Beds are VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Otherwise a great, clean place.

Very clean! I appreciate that. Plenty of storage and items available for use like beach stuff and cooler. Plenty of kitchen gadgets. Owners were nice and communication was great. Location was good but Spring Break traffic made it more difficult to easily go back and forth from Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria. The pool was awesome and warm. We loved sitting out on the patio. Had mostly everything we needed. The bedrooms could use fans and mirrors for getting ready. That’s just personal preference though. We loved our stay!

House was very clean and charming, close to lots of big shopping centers within 5 min drive, has a nice swimming pool for the kids and adults clean backyard and very roomy, grill for bbq as well. Full kitchen laundry and all the needs, but most important for us it was very very clean. I definitely recommend if you in the area and looking to stay couple of days, we hope to visit again in the future.

This house was exceptionally clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, beach items available, the pool was delightful and the neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Communication with host was prompt and clear. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing location and great quiet neighborhood that was super close to IMG for baseball tournament. Check-in process was a bit confusing in that code isn’t provided until after cleaning crew leave from previous occupancy. That was confusing as I am a very organized prepped traveler and on the morning of travel with navigation with multiple airports and not having code to access premises prior to my departure from home was nerve wrecking. After inquiring into my concern, was provided a prompt response and when to expect the passcode. Comfy and coziness of the house made it feel like home. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay, very clean and great location for everything we wanted to do while visiting. Well equipped. Wasn’t able to swim due to temps. Overall, would recommend.

The house was very clean and well equipped; we felt like at home! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The property is relatively close to the beaches: Ana Maria, Manatee, Holmes. We would definitely recommend

The place was great for our long weekend getaway. The beach is close by and then coming back to a pool was perfect. My family loved it! Will definitely book again.

Everything was great. Our grandson and nieces loved loved loved the pool it’s the perfect size when we were not at the beach , water parks or Busch gardens he was in the pool we came to the area to visit family everything was cleaned if I had a question they answered right away.

We spent a week at this property. House is very clean, beaches, shopping, sightseeing everything is within a few minutes distance. Great neighbors, wonderful pool, easy process for checking in and out. Quiet, peaceful place, highly recommend 👍

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool and outdoor area was a big hit with us. We enjoyed our time in the pool and grilling using the outdoor gas grill provided. The home was well appointed with everything you need. From pool floats to beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and even a small cooler. Tucked away in a neighborhood right off a main road that is close to everything you need, and just a short drive to the beach. Check in was easy and communication with the owners were great. They were very attentive to any needs or concerns we had.

We were very impressed with this cozy little home. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and back yard was very inviting. We were very much pleased with our stay! If we consider to come back this would be the place for us to stay. The beach is only about 10 minutes away and shops, restaurants and grocery stores are all around the corner. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Very nice house. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to stores. Pool was very great. My only complaint is the shower didn’t drain fast enough. Will definitely stay here again when in Florida

This property is tucked back in off the main roadways, but still close enough to restaurants and attractions. And the pool and patio area is perfect for lounging and reading.

Nice little home that was clean. Location was ok. Neighborhood very quiet. It is a drive (20 plus mins.)from the beaches (traffic is the issue). Pool was very nice, clean but it could have been warmer. It was cold for me. Didn’t get in because of it, so I was disappointed. The 4 lounge chairs were awesome. Home was very clean. Could use a better mopping system though as our feet were black. WetJet mopping just doesn’t cut it. (I’m a professional house cleaner so I take notice of this stuff), the house was very clean otherwise. Needed kitchen rags, none there but plenty of washcloths, towels and beach towels. Four very nice beach chairs and beach accessories and a small cooler was provided. This was much appreciated especially for people who are flying in and don’t have room to pack. Overall, if not being on the beach is ok with you, this was a very nice home to stay in. FYI make sure you punch the address as is, don’t get Ave and Street mixed up or you be at a different location!

This house and property was perfect for our family trip. Great location, beautiful home. We come down every year and We look forward to booking this house again!
