Space was exactly what we needed. Perfect amount of patio furniture for family to hang out together, kitchen large enough to cook in, well stocked. Forgot coffee, had multiple boxes in room which was a nice surprise.

Perfect place for a large family.

This place was off-the-hook cool. We love Bella Sirena already, but this place with our party of 10 (ages 6 to 76) was fantastic. The only observations we would make is that there was hardly enough cutlery, pots/pans, no tea kettle and no whisk/egg-beater. The controls on the hot tub also did not seem to work and we were unable to use it for our three night stay. Those items aside, it was fantastic. Wi-Fi was very good too. Andy W--Tucson.

Great condo!! Lots of room for everyone! Took 8 adults and had plenty of room. Only negative was hot tube needs cleaning, more forks needed! But other than that everything was perfect!!!

Condo was very nice with great views. Comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

Wow ... what a condo! Comfortable for 6 adults to enjoy a short Thanksgiving trip and had everything you would need. Highly recommended!

Very nice Condo the owner was very responsive. Had a great time. Sleep was a little tough due to Banditos bar having concerts every night but we survived. Other than that I would stay here again in the future

Very clean and roomy,on our trip it accommodated 2 families (8 people) 4 adults and 4 kids. Owner very friendly and communicative. Will definitely going to rent again.

We were in an off road race that weekend. Always stay at Bella Sirena due to proximity to start finish line. First time in this room. We will be back

Kitchen needs more pans (Two pans for 10 people). Bathroom in hallway no hot water, one of the twins bed broke, no direct tv in any rooms. Main bathroom light didn’t work. Beautiful views, nice balcony, beautiful furniture.

The resort and its rooms were incredibly spacious, beautiful, and pleasant to stay in. It was comfortable and easy to find a pool to lounge in or go down to the beach to relax or do water activities (jet skiing, banana boating, etc.). However, my one critique is that I wished the elevator in building B had air conditioning like the other buildings we went into. Overall, I would totally do this vacation again!

Clean well maintained and safe property. No problems with check in. Secure parking for this penthouse and stellar views.

The condominium was very large with plenty of space for my family, the three rooms were large and all had their own bathrooms, the balcony gave you nice views of the beach and pool areas. It's a perfect home away from home with all the amenities you would have at home.

Great views. Condo is roomy. Bella Sirena is a beautiful property with easy access to the beach. The only thing I would change in the condo is the privacy in the master bedroom mainly master bathroom. The master bathroom has windows that are literally right next to the hot tub so nobody can be in the second floor balcony hot tub area if someone is in the bathroom taking a shower because you can see everything. We ended up putting up a towel to try to cover the window but it wasn’t wide enough so we moved the hot tub cover against the window to cover it.

Nice stay

This was once a very nice unit, but the lack of maintenance can be seen and smelt throughout. I rarely leave a review, but when I have such a negative experience, I feel the need to warn others before they book. Pros: End unit, high quality interior furniture/beds/pillows/sheets, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom towels, W/D in unit, filtered water, nice draperies in only guest bedrooms, cool AC air, privacy in master upstairs. Cons: Upon check in there was a very strong smell of cleaning solution, which a few hours later we realized was a sewer issue. The smell in the master bedroom/bath was so strong that we contacted the owner and was told to flush all the plumbing, this did not work, we tried to cover drains and had to find candles to make the master area livable during our stay. The owner offered maintenance to come look, but also stated the complex has issues, so we roughed it out, because we did not want further inconvenience. Draperies in the living room and master bedroom were gauze like/see through and too short/narrow so there was no sleeping in during our stay, nor showering or enjoying the bath at night because the bathroom window had no coverings and 6 units across from the bath window that look into the master bath. Master bathtub was full of sand or mud or nasty water is coming into the unit, because each time we tried to fill it and soak there was a brown debris in the bath, so we skipped the bath. Jacuzzi was empty, dirty and nasty looking, so we did not even attempt to fill the spa and use it during our stay due to the plumbing/water issues in the bathroom that we figured would be the same in the spa. Unit is right next to the check in area/street so there is a steady flow of sound of ATV's from dusk to dawn (ATV riding area can be seen from this unit and heard all day long) Contractors doing grounds maintenance (jackhammers all day Sat-Tues) during our whole stay, cement truck, etc, we left a day early and were unable to relax. Drywall in the stairwell had water damage and was half repaired with wall putty all over the floor upon check in. Outdoor furniture all needs to be replaced, it is all sun damaged, flaky, falling apart, seat cushions have no cushion to them and fabric is ripped, empty planter pots, just gross and not relaxing. Owner was not accommodating, nor timely in assisting us after check in once issues arose, only stated that she could fix after we left, we requested credit for early departure (none given)

The penthouse was very well decorated, clean & all the kitchen amenities we could possibly need were there. It was very roomy & I loved that the master area was upstairs. Ann was very easy to work with & always quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this condo.
