Great location with nature around, also interesting historical spots nearby. Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean. Delicious food and generous breakfast. Great spa area with a lot of variety.

According to the suit's description (namely, the photos attached to the listing), my suite was expected to have a terrace. However, the room offered by the hotel staff had neither a terrace nor a balcony.
The hotel representative denied providing the suit matching my reservation in response to my complaint. Moreover, they insisted that all suits with terraces were already taken and denied any further discussion.

Love the quiet, natural surroundings. Very comfortable beds. Two great restaurants are available. Top-class service. A great place to stopover between the west and the east or the perfect destination for several days.

The location of the property is close to nature walks and in the middle of famous wine regions - go ahead and visit Lednice and Valtice or any other small city around.

The breakfast was nice with local foods and you can ask for extras like waffles or eggs Benedict for extra charge.
Do not miss the luxurious wellness that is clean, spacious and you can relax there for hours.
Please turn on the sounds of the doors - at least after midnight. The voice is pretty disturbing if you have the room somewhere above the reception.

We returned to Hranicni Zamecek after 1 year and we wanted to enjoy some spa treatment and their wellness facilities, which was amazing! On top of it we enjoyed the delicious food and we felt very welcome by all the hotel and restaurant staff. It was amazing again! THANK YOU!
500Kc for a small dog (chihuahua) per night seems to be little too much

Gorgeous location surrounded by nature and lakes. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Very good restaurant(s) on site, and extremely friendly staff
AC didn't work well and was a little bit noisy, but was not such a disturbance afterall.

We stay here when in Moravia - it’s a little more expensive but worth it for the great facilities. We would give this 5 star but it always falls a little Short because of the unfriendly breakfast staff and the risk of death punishments for breaking any breakfast rules 😂
Breakfast staff are always unfriendly- reception staff amazing, evening restaurant staff and wellness staff so friendly and good …. Just the breakfast team led by a formidable woman who seems to have not realised communism has finished

Nice spot in Lednice-Valtice area with a castle view. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Delicious breakfasts and leisure activities like wellness or bowling were great!
Charging 500Kč per night for a small dog (chihuahua) was little overpriced. Other places either didn’t charge anything or a fixed fee up to 500 for the whole stay, not per night.

We chose the hotel because of the proximity to all major attractions in South Moravia (Lidnice-Valtiče castle & park complex, Mikulov, vineyards...) and its excellent Essens restaurant in the very beautiful adjacent Hraniční Zameček castle and were not disappointed: Hotel and room were very modern, clean and comfortable (excellent boxspring beds), the restaurant with its 2/4/8 courses degustation menu at a reasonable price was excellent and also the breakfast in the Chaplin Cafe on the other side was very good. Car parking with a closed gate was very safe, too!
The swimming pool facing the terrace of Chaplin Cafe with all the hotel guests breakfasting did not invite for a morning swim...
