De locatie is goed, je bent zo op de Brooklyn Bridge. De badkamer is groot en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Voor één persoon zijn de kamers groot genoeg, ben je met twee, heb je geen plek om beide koffers uit te leggen.

Het hotel is vrij gehorig. Op je kamer hoor je alles wat voorbij komt heel duidelijk op de gang. Dit zijn andere gasten maar soms ook personeel, laat in de avond, ‘s nachts of vroeg in de ochtend.

Perfect Room, very clean and very modern

Everything was clean and the hotel was a convenient walk to the subway. That is about the extent of the good things I have to say about my stay. Some of the staff was friendly, some were rude and relatively useless.

Everything? The room was extremely small, which would be forgivable if the space were used appropriately. But it wasn’t, the bed was placed so that you had to crawl over it, or edge sideways around it to access the bathroom (rotating 90 degrees would solve this issue). The toilet paper holder was more than an arms-reach from the toilet. Nothing about the layout made sense. The person who checked me in was rude and unhelpful. The bed was so uncomfortable that calling it a bed is honestly, a charitable description. It felt more like a piece of wood with barely half an inch of memory foam to trick you into thinking it was a mattress. It felt like a rip-off for what I paid. Everything *looked* nice while actually turning out to be the lowest possible quality, and seemingly very little thought or care behind it.

The bed was uncomfortable, especially the rooms with the beds on the floor, the mattresses were rock hard. The room was humid took forever for the ac to work. Breakfast was lousy. Took our whole stay to find the ice bucket. We were locked out of room where all our stuff was and they insisted to ask for ID. How can I give you ID when everything is in my room, told me to know well my cousin inside was knocked out not opening, she wasn’t going to me back in my room at all. For the price they don’t have a lot of amenities for the room. You can’t even call front desk because theirs no labels on the phones. For 250+ a night this hotel needs be like $$80-$125 night rate and $125 is pushing it 😂

Great location, close to 2 subway lines and lots of restaurants and bars. Room was clean and comfortable, although smaller than advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags after check out until 18:00. Wifi was good, breakfast options limited, but good to pick up something quickly, and coffee always available in the lobby.

From the check-in to check-out, everything was great! There’s even a complimentary breakfast. And my room was perfect. If you’re looking to just visit the city, and not spend much time in a room, this place is perfect!

The location was excellent, 2 mins walk from east broadway subway station, and good view of the Manhattan Bridge from the room. The room was bigger than what I expected and really clean. Beds were big and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit disappointed… not too many options, just basic.

The size of the room was too small for 3 people, but we managed as we only had a hand luggage. Not sure how the navigation would’ve looked like if we had 3 big suitcases.

I was afraid that it would be super loud due to the proximity of the train. exterior noise was not an issue.

while exterior noise wasn’t an issue, interior noise was. my room was near to housekeeping who seemed to be right outside my door, sending and receiving messages via walk-in talkie, throughout the morning. I stupidly forgot to put my “do not disturb” sign out so got an early morning awakening when housekeeping entered my room (despite responding to the knock that I was still there). they knocked again prior to check out time (I didn’t want to get up and dressed just to put the “do not disturb” sign out since they were right there outside my door).
