Everything was great! very attentive and kind managers. Water bottles was a blessing to have available. the little things make a great impression.

pillows can use an update.

The building is located in a nice area away from to much foot traffic. The elevator is adorable, the room was petite but great. The restroom is very nice aswell. Honestly a really great place to stay!

the location is absolutely spectacular, gorgeous view for the room. the room itself is decent size.

The view from the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, you have the fridge and water supplied and bed sheets were clean. Good Air Conditioning.

The room was a lot smaller then expected (pictures are misleading), it is not easy to find as there is no signs leading to the apartments. The road is very busy and loud.

The bedsheets were tidy as new, the cupboard was sufficient enough.

The bathroom was not as expected. The water was stagnant in the shower area. The toilet doesn't flush off well. The air conditioning was really bad quality, because it caused headache everyday. The kettle was untidy, unfit to use.

It would help tremendously if there were a sign showing the hotels location.

The view from the room was lovely. The building was beautiful & is close to the Mergellina metro stop. There are a few places to eat around the property. Diego the owner messaged me information about the property & it’s location before we arrived. A lady called Svetlana checked us in & was available via WhatsApp for the duration of our stay which was helpful. She arranged a taxi to the airport for us on our last day. There is a coffee machine & free bottled water in the hallway which you can help yourself to.

The road outside was very noisy in the night until late so we didn’t have the best of sleeps whilst staying here. The room is quite small.
