The apartment was really great. Large living room connected to the open kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Everything you need, including basic cleaning products. A nice gesture was a welcome bottle of wine and basic food products such as coffee, milk and bread. The bedrooms are comfortable and nice. All bathrooms are clean. Air conditioning in all rooms. An additional advantage was a beautiful swimming pool in the backyard, which is wonderfully landscaped with greenery. Deckchairs available. We were in a group of 8 people and it was really comfortable. The area is quiet, but the nearest shops and bars are only 150 m away. If someone is looking for a beach, the nearest public one is a 5-minute walk away. You can also drive your car to the free parking lot. Additionally, the contact with the host was excellent. I sincerely recommend it!

we stayed a coral bay for 10 days , the owner was attentive and available to sort out any issues including getting dropped off at the wrong location 🥴

the property was lovely although some facilities were not working. the BBQ was not used, there was no gas and the charcoal BBQ looked ready for the slip - that said, we stayed out of season.

How easily accessible Vasilis was. Getting in touch with him was very easy and he was very responsive to the messages I sent him. The location of the place is excellent too, walking distance to the beach which we used everyday (Coral Bay, not Laourou Beach). Laourou Beach would have been a farther walk)

Not all the beds were made and we didn't have towels ready. There were also a bunch of old towels on the drying rack outside, underneath one of the umbrellas. Things were just kind of left out, like the hair dryer on the fireplace sill, a packable crib, a high chair and a vacuum cleaner in the middle of the dining area. There were also random cleaning appliances (lower half of a broom, a dirty mop) just left strewn about outside near the grill). I do appreciate that the caretaker/owner, bought a broom and a hand broom and dustpan, but all of these items should already be in a place, shouldn't they? Finally, many of the items stated on the listing were not in the actual apartment (dryer, dvd player, functional television, bidet, fireplace (its not a functional fireplace), and mosquito nets). There were no instructions on how to hook up the television. It just sort of felt like we were left to fend for ourselves. I understand there was miscommunication about the number of guests (Booking.com really needs to fix this glitch on their website - where the number of guests always reverts to 2 guests after entering the required information about each guest) but having items like brooms around and other items like hair dryers and vacuums put away and instructions on how to use the washing machine, television and other appliances should be standard practice. We don't want to have to bother the owners all the time during our holiday. We can and do figure things out on our own but if something is advertised on the website we also expect to find, and easily use, those items. I don't mean to be harsh. Just some feedback that can help make this place even better (I also understand that we were visiting off season but that still shouldn't be an excuse to not have it prepped as if it were for a summer holiday).

Amazing and clean villa close to the see. We enjoyed very nice time with family. The pool is not heated and late October becomin bit fresh as the days getting shorter.

Missing few things in the kitchen.

Villa was amazing, near the see, hot water in the swimming pool, coral bay center with bars and restaurants 15 minutes walk, its semi detached house but when you reserve Villa the other half is not for rent. You can also rent whole Villa for 20 People! Rally nice!

Everything perfect! Big nice villa with everything you need. Big clean pool and barbecue facilities. Close to the beach - Coral bay beach is 2-5 minutes walk.

Very good location (200m walk to beach), very nice pool and welcome pack, nice view to sea and sunset from balcony. It might be unclear by advertisement, but in case you rent only one half of the house the other half will be closed so you will have a private pool.
