This is a wonderful house that is comforable, efficient, and it has amazing views. We loved using the pool and deck area all day long. We did have a minor problem that came up that needed to be dealt with to help our group. The management company did an amazing job of responding to our need. It is in the beautiful Hermosa Heights community. We were close to beaches, restaurants, and able to take advantage of excursions as well. Worth checking out and you can feel confident they will take care of you. Melena was a great host throughout our stay!

Very easy arrival and departure process. The viesmw from the house is better than the pictures. Any issues were handled quickly and did not impact the stay. As we dis not rent a car for our group of 8 adults, the Zindis group helped arrange transport service, taxi service, coordinated an in-house chef experience and even did a bank errand for us! Many thanks to Emanuel for his amazing service.

The home is exactly as seen in the photos..clean, spacious and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and always available to answer our questions. There is a common pool, water slide’s and mini golf, that the teens really enjoyed. The activities coordinator, Bryan was very helpful and a pleasure to meet.

I loved staying here for 1 week from late December through early January. The view of Playa Hermosa is outstanding. I was a bit surprised that the water temperature of the pool is a bit on the cold side. I own a beach house a few hours to the south and stepping into my pool at 8pm is like a warm bath. This pool was a bit chilly even during the warmest part of the day. After some reading, I think it is the color of the tile. The builder used a brown tile to match the color of the house. I have a dark blue tile in my pool. I've read that tile color can affect pool temperature by as much as 5 degrees Celsius. Darker colors absorb more heat. Anyway I adapted to the pool temperature quickly. The management agency was very professional. We arrived an hour early and they allowed us to check in since the unit was ready. The local wildlife is notable. Parakeets and humming birds are common sights. We had a humming bird that seemed to make an afternoon visit at the same time every day. One night a racoon walked along the edge of the pool as I was enjoying a scotch. Be aware of the racoons. The trash can has latches to lock the lid on. I did not properly use the latches the first night we had trash and had to clean up the next morning. Even after putting on the latches, the racoons would still try to get in at night. Lovely creatures. I think they enjoyed my cooking. Near the end of our stay we took a morning sailing excursion with Sea Bird Sailing. I can recommend them for a nice time. I might try the afternoon tour the next time for the sunset. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely rent again. Thank you Zindi for making our holiday memorable.

Stayed for a week over Thanksgiving with my wife and 12 year old son. We had a great stay and the property was exactly as described. Management office is at the base of the private road and was quick to respond to any questions. They were able to set up in room massages for us and were easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We loved the house and location. We walked to the coffee shop down the hill every morning. The location and house was awesome ! Having our own pool was awesome. Proximity to Coco is 10 min and was so nice. The people of Costa Rica are awesome. Can’t wait to return.

Perfectly located and easy access Great home and great views

Great house!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica, and we could not have picked a better property in a better town. The pictures of the property from the listing are absolutely accurate but they still don’t do justice to the view. What caught us by surprise was how much we loved Playa Hermosa. It is the perfect sized town. In a week, we tried 4 restaurants in town and fell in love with 3 (AquaSport, Roberto’s and Foodnication). All were recommended by the great Zindis staff (especially Paula). Paula also helped us set up a couple of tours and massages. We did have a couple of very minor mechanical and process issues, but the staff worked quickly to help us resolve them. The response was quick and on point every time.

My family of five greatly enjoyed the property and our time in Costa Rica! Property was clean and well equipped. The extra towels for the pool/beach were greatly appreciated. You can’t beat the view, the wonderful coffee shop at the bottom of the hill, the close proximity to Liberia and beaches, and the amazing locals. Check in was smooth and Zindis group was available to assist with any requests if needed. Only recommendation I’d have would be the addition of a couple blankets for use. Also, make certain you properly secure the trash...the raccoons are sneaky and will visit nightly! Would not hesitate renting here again!

Costa Rica has been on our bucket list for a while. I was so impressed with this particular property when I saw it online and was anxious to see if it was a true reflection of the photos. It most certainly is. The house is lovely, very well equipped and so comfortable for our family of 5. The pool/outdoor space is beautiful and so private and the view is amazing. The Zindis group went out of their way to meet our every need. We felt like celebrities! Thankful for a wonderful vacation and the perfect accommodations.

Property is about 5 minutes to the beach. It was clean, spacious, comfortable with A+ view. Neighbors were very friendly one came over and joined us on one evening. Walking to the top of the development provided quite the workout with even more amazing views.

Great home. Incredible views of the Pacific. Great set up for families or couples. In a gated neighborhood with 24 hour coverage and the neighborhood’s entrance. We had a car which I felt was necessary. It’s about 1/3 of a mile to the closest beach (Playa Hermosa) and the hills in Hermosa Heights are steep. A car was also nice as there are so many great beaches nearby but they require up to go up and over the hills to access. Lastly, it was 95 degrees plus everyday. Be prepared for that...

We had an amazing time staying at this property. The view is amazing and relaxing. The pool …. oh my goodness…it’s wonderful. We had peace and tranquillity for days. The house was impeccable and everyone was extremely helpful in answering our questions and providing assistance with all the tours.

This property was just right for the 3 couples celebrating birthdays and seeing Costa Rica for the first time. We loved the views, pool, big kitchen and the outdoor seating! Tico tours helped book last minute tours. And the closeness to town was nice to get groceries and eat out! This was a great location for us!

The pictures do not do this house justice. The views were better than expected. The house is well appointed and beds/couch comfortable enough for the amount of time spent inside. We spent the majority of time on the patio and in the pool. Within a short walk to the beach.

With two king master suites this property is perfect for couples or extended family. It has a very well equipped kitchen & we were content to enjoy many evening dinners savoring the spectacular view. We’re not beach combers but chairs, floats & fins were available should you take the short drive down to the ocean. The Zindis Group house manager Milena Ramirez was efficient, responsive & patient with our many questions. It was hard to leave!

Property was located close to the airport and was easy to drive to several nearby beaches and other attractions. The area seemed to be very safe, but it was comforting to know that this was a gated community protected by 24x7 security. Stayed in the Casa Picapiedra property, which had amazing views of the ocean and sunset in the evening. The pool was excellent for cooling down and relaxing when not out touring or at the beach. There was a grocery store located very near the property and plenty of good restaurants close by. Tico Tours Guanacaste had an office right inside the property management office which made it very convenient to book tours. Ian of Tico Tours recommended some excellent tours and helped make all the arrangements. Overall this was a wonderful vacation made even better by staying in this property managed by the Zindis Group.

This was such an amazing place and we had one of the best vacations ever! We were there for two weeks and enjoyed every minute of our stay! The staff was wonderful and helpful. The concierge was fabulous and helped us put together some amazing adventures! And the relaxation and especially the sunsets were out of this world! Would highly recommend this home! Great vacation!

We saw some of the most amazing sunsets right from the deck of this property. It is located in a great spot, high up enough to feel the breeze & see the ocean & peninsula, but close enough to the check- in desk and small downtown area to walk with very little effort. A lot of other properties on Hermosa Heights would kill the legs to walk up! We found the two master suites perfect for two couples and used the 3rd & 4th bdrms for the baby's room and storage for all the infant items. (portable crib, stroller, etc.). Marilyn & staff was wonderful. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay in Playa Hermosa. The home was beautiful and well equipped with what we needed. It was located close to restaurants and beaches. Directions were easy to follow and check in and out was a very smooth process. I would definitely recommend the Zindis Group and this property.

We've been to Costa Rica many times. This was the first time to fly into Liberia. What a nice experience with only 25 minutes to the property from the airport. The house with the great view of Playa Hermosa was everything we hoped for. Beautiful pool. Only a few minutes to great dining and quaint local beach. Pura Vida!

Overall this was a fantastic property that was ideally located to beaches and restaurants. The property itself has a few flaws but was clean and had all the proper utensils and cooking equipment needed for a weeks stay. Property manager was very friendly and accommodating.

Milena was great, pointed us to the good restaurants and Monkey Trail (shortcut) to Tamarindo. House had everything we needed, would definitely come back!
