My family of 8 (6 adults, two kids under 12) and our family dogs (extra cost FYI) enjoyed staying at this home. The house was spacious enough for us all to get along comfortably and we ended up hanging out all together anyways. There are two living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) with big couches and tv's so if folks needed space, they had it. The outdoor deck was really nice and had seating for us all.
The bedrooms were big and while the house was not anything fancy, it was updated with fresh paint and nice decorations. There is a ton of parking, nice yard space for playing (not fenced in) and the neighborhood is incredibly quiet. The house is bikeable to all the amazing beaches and Galilee restaurants. There is a bagel/coffee shop a 15-minute walk away as well. There is a state park right next door with basketball and tennis courts, and spacious green area for pets/walking that is free to use (it says campground but its open to public as well- I confirmed w/ the staff).
The only con to the house is the outdoor shower - we were excited for this and it's more like a miniature cement garage shower. It's fine for washing off feet and toys, but none of us took a shower in it.
Otherwise, I recommend this house to families - it's a great space and location for the price and we appreciated the quick responsiveness of the owners.

My son had a soccer tournament at URI so we decided to make a long weekend of it. The house was perfect for our stay in RI. We were able to check in early, rent sheets and towels for a very fair price from the owners, the house was spotless, and plenty of room for our family of 7. We really enjoyed the porch and drank our coffee there every morning. We only have two small complaints. The refrigerator froze a bunch of our food the first night and the upstairs bedrooms are very bright (curtains would be so helpful). Our 8 and 6 year old woke up by 5:30 each morning because it was so bright. Yawn! =) Overall the stay was wonderful and Lucia was also quick to respond to any questions I had. We would definitely return if we had to stay in RI in the future.

This is a great two family home. The upstairs is renovated and well decorated. The basement is not but was clean, tidy and functional for our group. The manager is so easy to work with and accommodating!

A clean and functional home with some issues. While the bedrooms are more than adequate, the downstairs shower has very weak water pressure and the floors creek loudly. Kitchen is fine.

Spacious CLEAN home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We were a family of 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 2-7. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, nice deck with grill and great private backyard for playing games. Outdoor shower was a plus when coming back from the beach which by the way only a 5 minute drive! Communication with owner was prompt and easy. We had zero issues while we were there.

Perfect location!
Lucia was amazing to rent from. She was very easy to communicate with. The house is a perfect location. It was convenient to beaches, the ferry, restaurants and stop and shop. The home had all the amenities we needed. It was a great layout for two families. We stayed upstairs and our friends stayed downstairs. The screened in porch was a favorite place to hang out in the evenings. My only issue was the fridge froze most of our food even when turning the temp up and that there were no curtains in the bedrooms upstairs. This made it extremely bright very early in the morning. Otherwise it was a perfect trip! Thank you. We would most definitely rent this property again!!

Beautiful, spacious home
This home was exactly what we needed for
Our families. very clean, comfortable beds and very spacious. Our 4 teenage boys had their own bedrooms and hang out space In the basement. The adults had their own space upstairs. It was perfect. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We met one of the owners while there, he was extremely friendly and gave us recommendations for different things to do. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Would highly recommend!

Narragansett Vacation - 7/17/21 -- 7/24/21
My family and I had a terrific stay in this home. The property was clean and well maintained. Situated on a large corner lot and located in a quiet neighborhood (while at the same time close to the beaches), this home proved to be the perfect vacation rental for our party of six. We were provided with everything we needed and when we had one small issue, Lucia promptly addressed it. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great House for the Whole Family
This house provided perfect accommodations for our whole family, including my husband and me and our three sons, our daughter-in-law and three young grandchildren. The downstairs, with two bedrooms, a large living room, and full bath was almost like a separate apartment for the our son, daughter-in-law and their three children. We enjoyed the screened-in porch very much, as well as the deck. The yard and neighborhood were lovely, and the beaches were only a few minutes drive. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were all comfortable and tastefully decorated. I would recommend this house to families looking for a fun beach vacation.

This property is in a cute little neighborhood off the main road with a short drive to beaches. The kids loved having their own area downstairs, there was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We appreciated the central ac as we had a hot and humid week. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great family trip to RI!
The house was perfect for our family for the week - enough space for everyone to settle in and not be on top of each other. The listing is exactly as described. Our favorite parts were the downstairs living room and the screened in porch. Lucia was an extremely responsive host. We will look to stay again!

Perfect beach house!
This house was perfect for our multi generational family! Tons of space, clean, organized, and close to Scarborough South entrance. My husband, a chef, had every thing he needed to make us meals! Nice yard to play in, deck to sit on, and the central AC was perfect for the hot days! Loved it!

Great time. The Place is exactly like it says. Very roomy nice size rooms.
Would be great for two families/friends also. With the bedrooms and family rooms on both floors. Good location. Clean and neat!

I agree with the one person who wrote that the upstairs bedrooms are very bright in the morning even with the blinds down. If you don't like the sun in the early morning you might want to sleep downstairs. :)

Very clean, comfortable and convenient
We rented the property for a wedding weekend. We really enjoyed the deck and screened in porch. There was plenty of room and everything was comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms shades didn't allow late sleeping, which gets you up early. Bring a sleeping mask if you want to sleep in.

Wonderful week in Rhode Island
This was a lovely, large, clean house. We are two families and a grandma, so the two living rooms (each with a TV) was absolutely great. It was like having two separate apartments with room for everyone! Central A/C is a must for us, and we sure needed it due to the heatwave. Location is perfect; we were only 3 minutes from Scarborough beach. Lucia and her husband were responsive and helpful, and Lucia kindly let us bring our pussycat along without even asking for an extra security deposit! She also provided linens and towels. This is another must for my group because some of us travel by train to Providence and get picked up, making it impossible for us to take linens and towels along. Outside is a big driveway, a deck with a grill, and a table with an umbrella! It was a terrific vacation! Would definitely recommend.

COME TO RHODE ISLAND! STAY HERE!
We had a such a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. It was large and spacious to house our two families quite comfortably. The house was clean and tastefully decorated with a soothing beach/ocean theme. We loved the side porch and deck for reading and morning coffee. The location was great for access to all the great beaches and restaurants in the area. Lucia was most welcoming and helpful in every regard. She was quick to respond to any and all inquiries. We would love to return again soon! Highly recommend!

Stylish, clean and quiet and close to beaches
The house was in a great area! Within 2 miles from beaches and Point Judith Lighthouse. And since it was off the main road, it was very quiet and a great neighborhood to walk the dogs and baby stroller. We had a great view of the wind turbine which interested our grandchildren every day watching it turn in the wind. We were very close to it and a small playground. Watching the sunset and flying kites at Point Judith was a highlight. The house was comfortable but the kitchen was a little too cozy for our large crowd of 16. We made it work and were even able to ate outside on the deck altogether. The yard was just the right size for a slip n' slide and the girls enjoyed seeing rabbits sneak into the back yard. Lots of parking space for everyone! We definitely recommend this house. And recommend going on the Whale Rock Trail as it was a hidden gem and my favorite part of the trip.

Awesome Property...a must stay!
This is a lovely home....clean, lots of wonderful extras, nicely decorated, accessible to so much in the area, beach access, kayaking and just a lot of R&R. Owners were absolutely wonderful. Our two families had a lovely stay in a home that accommodated us all very comfortably and made us feel so at home. It was truly our home away from home. We hated to leave...a must rent property. Cannot say enough good things about it!!!!

WE LOVE RHODY. WE LOVED THIS HOUSE.
As experienced renters of beach houses, we can not say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this house. Clean, modern and tastefully decorated, it had plenty of room for our family of eight. The downstairs rooms provided a place for my son’s family away from the noise in the evening for our two yeaR old to go to bed early. We loved the porch . The location is great —a three minute drive to Roger Wheeler beach. Kitchen is very well stocked and everything works. Lucia was quick to respond to all inquiries. We are all readers and wished there was a bit more lighting in the bedrooms. Hope to return next year.

COOL COMFORTABLE HOUSE !
Very comfortable and well maintained home with a great backyard. Spacious 5 bedrooms with a family room upstairs and down. Air conditioned for those hot days AND close to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Working with owner Lucia was a pleasure. Will definitely return.
