Property was clean, the owners left clear instructions on what to do for checkin/out. The location was great for beach access and the pool was heated/quiet. Pictures accurately show the room/unit. Shops are only a short drive away. They provided alot of extras 1

We had an amazing time, and stayed at a perfect condo for our family, kids loved it! Having a king bed, and a pull out for the kids. So close to the beach, and the pool, and tennis/basketball courts. Such a nice place, that we already started talking about when we want to come back!

Really enjoyed our time at this condo on the beach. Loved having access to the hottub. We had to extend our trip for another night and they were extremely accomodating. Would definitely recommed for a couple.

The location, price, kitchen amenities, bathrooms, bedroom were all spot on. The listing was not very clear regarding the washer and dryer NOT being in the unit. Also, you may want to post the laundry room code in the condo somewhere, not just buried in the welcome email. The living room furniture is very dated and uncomfortable. Also, after first day, office responses to concerns were nonexistent.

This was the perfect getaway for a long birthday weekend for this glam-ma! The unit and all its amenities are exactly as described. The 1-minute walk to the beach allowed for the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets I've ever seen. Im really looking forward to returning with the grandkids in the future.

Clean neat place to stay, right near beach and Kennedy Space Center. Neat small shops near by with good food and fun. Really a fun trip for our small family of 3, neat unit to stay at.

We checked in late on Saturday with no issues. The condo was pretty much as described. It is getting a little older and like all sofas that are not leather, a sheet was placed over it. It just didn't look sanitary to me. But location was GREAT!!! Long story made short. The AC was not working. The property management brought out a temporary AC that vented out the window. The AC was looked at on Monday and needed to be replaced. We were moved into a beach corner 2 bedroom 2 bath in the same complex. Excellent!!! This was a much better move for us and salvaged our vacation. Kudos to Colin and Jaden for taking care of a bad situation. Things happen in life and how you react to them defines you. Good job guys!

The location is fabulous. Love being close to the beach, even when it is not the best weather. The weather is no one's fault . The hot tub was down a day but they got it fixed. We really did love the condo

Our stay was hampered by refrigerator/freezer not working . We were without a working refrigerator for 5 of our 7 day stay . We spent time waiting on repairman and then on delivery of new refrigerator . Offer was made to reimburse us for lost food but not for inconvenience of being without a working refrigerator for 5 days . Communication with Colin was good during our stay , but since leaving she has not returned our messages or text . So we don’t know about being compensated for our losses or inconveniences . Because of this we are unable to give an honest review . Other then this problem , we enjoyed the rental .

NOT CLEANED !!
When I discussed our checkin with the management they said no one was renting our unit the night before our arrival, so we could call and possibly checkin early. Due to flight issues we arrived at the assigned checkin time. The Unit was not cleaned. We had to call the management for them to clean our unit. They said they would refund our cleaning fee for our inconvenience.
We did not get into our unit until 8:00 p.m. We did not get any refund!
AND the unit was still not clean! We went to buy a bath Matt so we could shower. There were food spots on the furniture. The patio was dirty.

Quiet location
Property was exactly as listed. Easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. Not really walkable to restaurants/activities but easy drive and parking readily available everywhere unlike some beach destinations we have been to. The beach was super close and very quiet. This would be a great beach for small children as it is shallow for a long way out. Lots if shelling to do as well! This condo is a great option if you are looking for something a little bigger than a hotel room! It was clean. Sofa bed not so comfortable…but 16 y.o. son survived. Master bed was comfy but pillows were noisy. There were beach towels and lots of beach equipment in closet but we brought our own. The biggest downside to this rental was 5pm check in time/ 10am checkout. We had to kill lots if time the day of arrival and hurry out on the day of departure. Overall a good value and great for small family!

Relaxing Beach Weekend
We were put into a larger condo due to maintenance on the one we booked... which was very nice. Upon entering we were happy to see everything was perfect! Clean, roomy, fully equipped including beach chairs etc. Was a great stay... will definitely stay here if available if visit this area again!

Wifi is not secure
Logging in to the WIFI given for unit 112 caused a financial account to be hacked. Please consider changing the password or securing the WIFI connection. Room, pool and other amenities were nice and would consider staying here again.

I needed a mental break and as soon as I walked in , I knew I was in the perfect place. Everything you could need was available. The condo was beautiful and felt comfortable. I could not believe my good fortune in finding the perfect place for me.

Quiet and clean

Communication Lacking.
Property is perfect. Comfortable, nicely decorated and a fully equiped Kitchen. I emailed the host to see if we could get an early check in time. She responded that it depended on the cleaning. I asked if she would email me when it was ready. No response. Around 3 pm I noticed the cleaning person leaving the unit. She gave me the code to get in. I emailed the host and told her we were in but we needed a key to get into the pool and hot tub area. Again, no response. We eventually did find a key the following day. It would have been good if the host could have responded back and told us where the key was but she did not. It also would have been nice to have the host contact us after we got in to see if we had any questions about the condo, because we did need to have a few questions answered. We thought the condo was great, despite the lack of communication from the "host".

Excellent place to bring the family. Clean pool and great beach access. Perfect distance from the main attractions; far enough to be a quiet getaway, but no more than a 5-10 minute drive to get anywhere.

Very clean and comfortable condo
The online representation was spot on and not at all misleading. The beach was steps away and the heated pool and hot tub were great as it was a bit chilly when we visited. The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We'll definitely stay again when we visit!
