Big family room

For Hot water we should call to reception and it was little annoying for me to call and ask them every time mornings n evenings Restaurant service was very very slow and both the days my plans were shifted by 30 mins bcos of their delay in service.

Reluctant indifferent staff

Location was Good. Staff behaviour was good.

The Bathroom toiletries was not given first,later only shop was provided. Bad not comfortable may be very bad quality as we can even feel bad springs while sitting or sleeping. Food service was very very very slow and quality was only eatable.

So...our experience is very good I did book this hotel 1 month back and all staff was good ,breakfast was good all day.. but the lunch and dinner was we have to place order and this is costly so we approached near restaurant like Sai baba partha it is very good and all over experience is extremely good we can suggest people go and visit once.

Hotel room and service was very good. We have enjoyed the stay and it is in good location.

Restaurant food cost is more than the normal, also billed price and price mentioned in menu card, should compare during final billing time.

Location was in heart of the city.

Small and congested rooms with lots of bad smell. Hot water facility was not appropriate, starts at 7.50 am. It is showing 4 star hotel at booking.com but actually it is 2 star only. No proper breakfast. Just wastage of money.

We are not happy with our stay at all. The food was not good, and the hotel kept getting our orders wrong. The first day they even forgot to bring our food and kept us waiting for an hour. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the dining hall, the seating and floor was all wet and not safe for walking. The hotel lacked the basic facilities. There was no water or kettle in the room, even though the site mentioned these facilities. The toilet seat was broken and there were no toiletries as well. The towels smelled and even after we asked to change them, the new ones smelled as well. The stay was not worth the money at all.
