Vivere sulla sabbia è tutto. Dal caffè sulla terrazza della spiaggia a un bicchiere di vino sul ponte della spiaggia sotto il bagliore della luna. Per non dover trascinare la roba da spiaggia avanti e indietro e dall'altra parte della strada per non dover salire e salire ... la spiaggia come il tuo giardino privato non migliora.
L'unica cosa che c'è tra il tuo terrazzo privato di grandi dimensioni e l'acqua cristallina è la sabbia (ed è tutta la tua spiaggia privata!). L'unico modo per avvicinarsi all'acqua è essere su una barca!

L'altra nostra unità nello stesso edificio ha un mazzo di grandi dimensioni e ho avuto un comodo pranzo per 30 persone. Abbiamo anche avuto antipasti sul ponte per feste di matrimonio! Questa unità è un'unità angolare in modo che il ponte sia ancora più grande della nostra altra unità con ombra e sole. Un posto meraviglioso per godersi la spiaggia senza avere i piedi sabbiosi ma essere ancora sulla spiaggia.

We really enjoyed our stay at Green Reef #6! We had a group of 7 adults, 3 kids, and 1 toddler. The place fit very comfortably. Can't beat the location! The owner was super responsive and very helpful before and during our trip. After 20 years of vacationing in Destin, this is our favorite place to stay!

Loved the private beach access and the home. There was just about anything we needed in the kitchen. The view and the beach were AMAZING. We had a communication issue with the owners mother. We were calling about weather we were seeing on the news and she was obviously irritated and kind of assumed we were asking for reasons of rent? That was never mentioned on our part. We were inquiring about the safety of our family members. It was slightly insulting but can’t blame that on the owner. We were very warm upstairs for the first two days. We could not have stayed all week but somehow it changed. We had looked forward to sitting out on the patio outside of master but we couldn’t risk opening the door because it was so warm there. One of the sinks in the upstairs bathroom was stopped up so we just used the other one. It is a beautiful home and the owner did respond with messaging in a timely manner so that was very appreciated. Overall a beautiful property and a beautiful

This was our first time to visit Destin. Property was as described on Vrbo. Property Manager was responsive. Beach and water were awesome. Private beach is a must if visiting Destin. We had 8 adults and 4 children. Cooking in was way better than eating out, never found a good restaurant to eat at. Towels at house were small and there were not enough washcloths for the amount of people but everything else was great! We rented a pontoon boat and went to Crab Island that was fun! Getting donuts from Parlor Doughnuts is a must. On the first night we got pizza and salads from Pascalli Kitchen - they were good and it is just down the street.

We were literally only a few steps to get to where our complimentary chairs and umbrella was located. The beach area in front of our unit was private with no public access. There’s a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The 2 kitchens had everything we needed. The main living and dining areas are quite spacious and so is the lower level deck.
There was an issue with the dryer and the owner dealt with it promptly.
The lower 2 bedrooms sleep a lot of people, but there is no place to unpack your luggage. That might not be important to some people.
This unit has lots of amenities for renters to enjoy.

We had plenty of space for two families (8 people total), and it was really nice to have the kids stay on a floor all to themselves. We loved the location and being able to just walk outside to the beach. The private beach was also a plus that we loved! We were never crowded and had chairs waiting for us every morning. The only thing I would change is maybe the cleaning company. There was sand in beds, food trash and hair on the stairs as soon as we got there. Also the a/c was broke downstairs (it never turned off) and the dryer broke towards the end of the week and wasn’t able to be fixed before we left, but that is no one’s fault. Even with the dryer breaking and a/c issues, the host was very nice and easy to get ahold of. She had repair people out the next day to look at everything.

This unit looks just like the photos, it is pretty, clean and the location can’t be beat. The reason I gave it 4/5 stars are related to things you can’t know until you arrive. I had to do laundry every single day because there weren’t enough towels for 4 adults to shower daily and the ones we did have were small and rough, not a great quality. None of us got a good night’s sleep because the beds were hard and the primary suite was lit up by 5:30am everyday. Finally, leaving a vacuum in the unit would be a nice addition, we were sweeping up sand a lot.

Overall house was very pretty & just as it looked online. Couldn’t ask for a better location. I felt like we could have some rugs to help collect some of the sand that we drug in but we did sweep a lot so that helped. We are at the beach so sand is expected. We would all stay again .

I loved the property and it was awesome to step out to the door on to the private beach. It does need some minor updating. The reason for the 4 star rating was the smell of mildew that permeated everything from our clothes to our luggage.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! House & amenities were as described - direct private beach access was great for our families with small children & infants. King size beds in all of the rooms were also nice to have. Propane grill was in good shape.
Beach chair service was great & it was very easy to work with the chair company to add additional chairs/umbrellas for our stay.
Location was perfect, extremely easy to get anywhere in Destin/Miramar Beach and being within walking distance to restaurants was very nice.
The only minor downsides we noticed: there is only one bathtub, so bathing littles with multiple families is a bit difficult. Water pressure wasn’t great & some of the toilets took a really long time to refill. These were extremely minor issues and did not take away from our enjoyment at all!

We loved staying here! Our view was stunning and the fact that you can walk out your door and be on the beach is the best. We would recommend this place to anyone and look forward to our next trip back! The communication was so quick and the willingness to do whatever we needed was so appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about this beach house. It’s very spacious and beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! Everyone who stayed with us or visited were in awe. My son got married which was the reason for us visiting Destin. The private beach access was a huge perk as well. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make our stay absolutely perfect. When we visit Destin again this will be the only place we will stay! Emily was amazing to work with :)

We stayed in mid-June 2023. Communication with the owner leading up to vacation was excellent. It was timely and collaborative. Communication while there was the same. At one point, there was some storm damage that occurred to the sunscreen on the deck. The owner had their team out there the next day to repair it completely. I really appreciated the responsiveness.
Overall, the unit was extremely clean and fully stocked. A nice touch was that all of the drawers/cabinets, switches, closets, etc were labeled, which made it easier to navigate an unknown space.
This was our 5th visit in 7 years to the Destin/Miramar area and by far the best place we've stayed in. Already looking to book for 2024!

Great location. Love that the beach is private but maybe inform your guests that while the beach is private it will be their responsibility to enforce that. People want to ignore the rules and come set up from the public beach in your space. The families on either side of us banned together and would stop this several times a day! It amazes me the nerve people have to completely disregard the rules regarding private beach areas

Once you go beachfront you can’t go back. This property was perfect for our multigenerational family. Would be mindful for individuals that have difficulties with stairs. Perfect gathering spaces for meals and individual spaces for quiet moments. The two kitchens helped speed up meal prep. Daily beach chair service was the chefs kiss along with the house’s beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. Emily was wonderful with communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed being right on the beach. The private beach was very nice. You did not feel crowded. The kids enjoyed the bunk room. The kids could walk a little ways down the beach and rent paddle boards, parasail, and the banana boat. Captain Dave’s was in walking distance and it was a great place to eat. We would definitely rent this house again.

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful beach house in Destin, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the spacious, well-appointed interior.
The house itself is a true gem - beautifully designed and decorated, with plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were all extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.
Aside from the incredible house, the private beach included with the rental was the icing on the cake. We were guaranteed a perfect, uncrowded, unobstructed spot each day with chairs and an umbrella. It was paradise.
Throughout our stay, the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation unforgettable. We truly felt like we were living in paradise, and we cannot wait to return to this amazing beach house again in the future.

This beautiful home is only overshadowed by its perfect location on the beach! As soon as you step into this inviting escape you not only begin to relax but wonder if you've stepped into an HGTV episode. The home is tastefully decorated and is COMFY with many COZY spots. Our mornings were spent on the sunny porch sipping coffee and watching dolphins play....and our afternoons on the lower (HUGE) shade deck. When you want to stroll off the deck directly onto the sandy beach your complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are waiting for you! We are a family who prefers to cook together and we were so pleased with the well equipped kitchen with new appliances...(even a beautiful new crock pot) as well as the BBQ and (again) large eating area on the deck. Too many wonderful features of this home to mention....When considering a home rental in Destin...this home should be first on your list!

Beachfront Bliss was beautiful! The house amenities and decor were perfect. It was very easy to communicate with the owner regarding any question I had about our upcoming trip. Owners definitely maximized the gorgeous views by installing huge windows in the family room and master bedroom that helped bring the ocean inside. Wonderful house right on the water. Couldn’t get any closer. Gorgeous views from every floor. Everything went very smoothly. The beds are all extremely comfortable- which was wonderful! This is our second year to stay in this beautiful home. The location can’t be beat. You have access to your own private beach area that’s just for your property. There are huge windows in the living room facing the exquisite view. Plenty of room for an extended family or multiple family vacation. Fantastic place! We’ve love every minute of our stay.

We had an amazing visit. It was our two month olds first time at the beach and this property helped make it so easy and enjoyable. The large master bedroom was so spacious for our pack and play! We will definitely be visiting this beach house again!!
