The front desk staff is very polite and friendly. Location is 4 minutes near the shin-osaka station, not bad.

There was dust building up on the vents, the back of the aircon, and the light. Vending machine is beside the smoking room , very smelly. Unstable wifi.

Close location to the train stations and restaurants. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Beds and pillows were very hard and rooms very small. Breakfast was average with basics like a slice of bread not available.

立地がすこぶる良い。 5分以内にコンビニ・地下鉄・JRと便利。 とてもきれいなホテル。 朝食を頂いたが美味しかったし、スタッフさんも明るく声掛けをくれたり挨拶して頂いて気持ち良かった。 部屋にキャリーバッグ置きがあったのが本当に助かった。

食堂のコーヒーを部屋に持って行って良いとか、そういうのを部屋にもひと言知らせとしてほしかった。 ケトルがあったから、水とスティックコーヒーを買いに行った後に知ってちょっと残念。 あと、間接照明がほしかったかも。 ドアの照明をつけとけばいいけどちょっと明る過ぎだし、消したら真っ暗。 極端だから希望者に簡易間接照明を貸し出す的なのをしてもらえると嬉しい。

Exceptional price for the location. Well furbished room with everything you need. Had a very comforting rest before my next shinkansen trip.

清潔が隅々まで届いていました。 隅々まで清掃されていたので、まるで新居に入った感じでした。 日本人スタッフさんも外国人スタッフさんも皆さん丁寧で優しい対応でしたので凄くいい気持ちでホテルに泊まれました。

事前の問い合わせに返信がない（クチコミ見ていたら私が問い合わせしてた内容と似たような質問があったのでそちらで解決）のと、 仕方ないとは思うのですが、アメニティが環境に配慮され有料の為ある程度は自分で準備が必要です。 （歯ブラシは部屋にありました。）

Fast check in, easy towel exchange, great location 4 minute walk from Shin-Osaka, 5 convenience stores within 2 minute walk. Very clean, new hotel lobby and nice room.

Room was next to apartment balconies 3rd floor (tenants smoke on the balcony). Closed my fresh air vent, but smell still came in the A/C unit.

Location not too far from the train station and surrounding there are many restaurants. Good location.

The bed was big and comfortable; my room was on a high floor with a view (as I had asked); there were laundry facilities (but maybe not enough, given the size of the hotel); the staff were pleasant and friendly; location is very close to Shin-osaka station and there are convenience stores around...

Check in was a little chaotic as my booking couldn't be found at the beginning (not something you want to hear after you're drenched from the rain and your phone battery had died! Granted - I had cancelled, but had booked again!); I would prefer coffee sachets to be available to take to your room (like the tea bags) rather than paper cups; the location of the microwave is uncomfortable...

・御堂筋線からは駅近、ただ新幹線からだと10分くらい歩きました。 ・建物自体が新しいので全体的に綺麗でした。 ・部屋やタオルが清潔で臭くなかった。ビジネスホテルは部屋着が臭いことが多いですが、ほぼ無臭でした。 ・wifiはパスワードなしで利用できました。混み合うであろう21時に45〜80Mbps出ていたので、通常のネット利用は全く問題なく、仕事もスムーズにできました。 ・朝食がおいしかったです。大阪らしい串カツもあって、朝から食べすぎてしまいましたが、出張なので朝食代が浮いて良かったです！笑 ・朝食のメニューが毎朝違うので連泊でも飽きなかったです。大阪名物もありますが、1日目は串カツ、2日目はたこ焼きとお好み焼きでした。 ・机にコンセントが2つ、USBポートが2つ、ベッドの近くにもUSBポートが2つあり、充電には困らなかったです。 ・アメニティ類は歯ブラシだけでした。フロントでカミソリ等も売っていましたが150円くらいで有料でした。使い捨てではないタイプで環境に配慮しているホテルなのかなと感じました。連泊のタオル交換も申告制で14時までに必要な枚数を書く必要があります。 ・備え付けのシャンプーやハンドソープ香りがよく、品質も良かったです。

・湯沸かしポットやマグカップ2つ、冷蔵庫など最低限の設備はありましたが、お茶の葉やコーヒーは付いていませんでした。 ・土曜日の朝6:30〜7:00すぎまで朝食が激混みで、並ぶ列までできていました。外国人観光客の方がかなり多かったです。髪が広がりやすい私でもそこまで広がらなかったです。

しようがないことですが、出発日、ロビーに大量の宿泊客が出ていて、ちょっとビックリでした。海外のお客さんなので荷物も多く、ちょっと歩きにくかったです。

The staff was amazing and the breakfast buffet very delicious.

The location is just close to everything you need .

The bathroom and room is quite small, hard to move around if there's two people in the room, I guess it's good for one person but at least it's clean and tidy.

There where very few staff who could talk well in inglish. The washing machine sistem was a bit of a mess, I think the staff didn't know how the turns worked and the lack of english language made it worst.

It was near a Family Mart and 7-Eleven on our way to the Shin-Osaka Station.

The hotel is very small. We felt like we were in a box. The bathroom had a 2 feet step up and was very cramp. It would be difficult for elderly people to step up and down from the bathroom. There was no complimentary bottled water or instant coffee in the room. There was very little room to walk between the bed on the one side.

the location is beautiful. It is very close to the metro and you can easily reach every part of the city without using a taxi. Besides, restaurants and markets are very close to the hotel. Staff are very kind and helpful.

pillows were uncomfortable. breakfast is not very rich for those coming from europe.

Staff was not nice to a family member of people who stayed just because the family member was not using the hotel to stay. There were lots of hairs on the floor and beds. The third bed was not prepared even though we booked for 3 people. Towels, cups, things like that also were not prepared for third person.
