The inverter really helped through the loadshedding crisis. The hotel itself is beautiful with a great location. The bed was comfy.

The geyser is only turned on at certain set times. The shower water pressure was terrible. Very few and basic amenities. There was dirty food spillage in one of the kitchen draws.

The host was very helpful and made sure that we had a good stay.

The apartment was cold.

I love the location. the apartment is clean. although our flight was in the evening, they allowed us to leave our suitcase on the lobby. I am grateful they did that. i felt safe. I love Cape Town; I'm planning to visit again with my daughter in the near future.

My husband and I traveled on winter season. The fact that the apartment was cold during our stay. warm blanket was only work on one side. was told would be fix , but they never came. After 15hrs flights, wanted to take a shower but wasn't able to because the heat wasn't on our arrival. the customer service needs to improve a bit. Because it's a busy season was asked to check out at 10AM. Asking us to checkout 30 minutes earlier the original time based on the contract and the light was off @9:30. Luckily, we were about to exit the apartment when it happened.

The room was clean warm and very comfortable. Staff were very nice welcoming and helpful.

To check in and out it can be a mission to find parking in the main road when the street becomes busy. But I guess there’s not a lot they can necessarily do about that

Booking.com advised that check out time was 10.30 but we were asked to vacate our room by 10 o’clock at the latest. Perhaps the host should clarify with the above company what she wants advertised on the internet to avoid confusion.

I will not book the property again due to issues with cleanliness and bad service, but the location was why I gave it a go.

It wasnt cleaned properly when I arrived. one of the pillow cases had a sticky yellow patch on it. I was worried the rest of the linen I was using was not clean too. There was old food left in the kitchen, no bath soap, the fridge stunk and communication with the host was not up to scratch. Air vent in the bathroom was filthy. They supply a coffee machine which is great, but no indication of what pods to buy, or a heads up to bring. Pods that were there and left from previous guests where not compatible with the machine - rather take it out.

the apartment was very cold all the time and yes we used the heaters when available. the marble floors were very cold.

The location is very central to the water front . Camps Bay etc. These are self catering apartments so no breakfast on site. However the famous Jason's bakery does a good breakfast 150 metres from the apartments

Bathrooms are beautiful however shower was in the bath in the apartment we were allocated which might be difficult for elderly or disabled guests

Great location, close to V&A Waterfront. Spacious apartment with very comfortable bed and kitchen with all required equipment.

No cleaning was provided during our 8 days stay. According to the landlord, we had to call to ask for cleaning every time we wanted it. This should be a standard and everyday procedure.

Everything was 5 Star! From the awesome greeting at reception to the Amazing apartment. I will definitely recommend this apartment to all.

This was a self catering apartment due to lengthy stay. Host organised additional utensils etc on request. Apartment spacious and bright and away from noisy Main street AC unit helped a lot during hot CapeTown days. Secured car park a big plus. Concierge service functioned well. Closeness to nice cafés and restaurants and short drives to golf courses and to Ocean front promenade.

Load shedding i.e. scheduled power cuts are unavoidable in SA since some time. Utility company App informs exact times in advance but in our case 3 x 2,5 hr cuts per 24 hrs did cause some adjusting.Problem can be alleviated by use of inverters etc.. We managed quite OK despite initial concerns.WiFi quality very good when we had power. We missed normal TV reception for following local news etc.Netflix ,YouTube may suffice for many though.

perfect location to enjoy a lot of what Cape Town has to offer. very comfortable and beautiful building. loved the interior deco. My host thought of everything and was readily available when needed. it’s in Greenpoint, walking distance to the waterfront, jogging distance to Sea point. short drive away from Camps bay and Clifton beaches. great security too

The cleaner could improve, the microwave wasn't cleaned and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly
