Fazer crossing is ideally situated with just a short walk to the gondola and village. I can't say enough about this unit. It must have been recently updated as it was immaculate, beautifully decorated and appointed with literally everything you need for a perfect stay!

This was my two nephews first time seeing snow and boy did they love it! The location of the condo couldn't be any better with just a short walk across the road to the mountain base. The condo was spacious enough that you didn't feel cramped, and the fireplace worked perfectly. The ski locker on the bottom floor was very useful at the end of a long day of skiing. We even soaked ourselves in the hot tub a couple of evenings just to ease those sore muscles. If you're looking for a very conveniently located multi room condo for the family, look no further.

We had a great stay in this condo! It was clean and comfortable, had a fully stocked kitchen and some fun amenities like an old school Super Nintendo. Easy access to the hot tub, slopes right across the street. Lots of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Looking forward to staying here again!

Nicely size condominium close to the base of the mountain. It's convenient to most everything. Loved having the Locker for all our gear and protected reserved parking. We definitely will be coming back.
A couple of things I think they could address. One, the hot tub in our building was out of service, and we had to walk to the other building. Second, I paid, but had issues every day with the new system they installed. Lastly, it would be nice to have blackout curtains for those of us who like to sleep in the dark. Thanks, George.

Would have given more stars if I could have. I spent 2 nights in this condo and can't wait to return. Most importantly, the location is great, super convenient to the mountain and restaurants, and easy to get to from the highway. The parking garage is a real plus since it snowed while I was there. The condo is clean and bright, and the beds are super comfy. The showers are great--PLENTY of hot water and the perfect amount of pressure. Absolutely wonderful after a day of skiing. Will be back for sure!

I would give 5 but the parking garage access was annoying. The view and resort was great! Hot tub was out of order was a small damper.Controlled air was a bit stuffy but hey all you have to do is open windows and feel that cool evening mountain air circulate and also I discovered there are fans so all in all a great place. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

My family of 5 stayed here and loved it. It makes life so much easier when you can walk to the ski lift in 5 mins, as well as restaurants and shops. The bunk beds were comfy and spacious, the primary bedroom was roomy, and both bathrooms were large. We never felt cramped, the layout is nice, and the condo is very clean. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors, maybe since we're at the end. The hot tub is one level below, and easy to access. The garage is heated. (There is also EV charger in public garage across street). We were pleased overall, and would come again.

The condo was great! We came for a spontaneous 4th of July stay. It was fully stocked, comfortable, spacious, bed were comfy, and we had a great time. The resort was beautiful and there was activities you can pay for to enjoy the day. It was a little pricey for what was offered. The resort also provides free activities for guests staying. Some of them were close but many of them were quite a drive away. The resort also had a fantastic pool listed as the 4th photo in the listing, however, there was no pool on site. There were two hot tubs but the one closest to us was closed. We booked the resort based on the pool photo so that was disappointing for the kids and us this 4 stars. They should clarify the photo is from the recreation center in the listing and move the photo to the end of the condo/resort photos since it is not part of the resort.

The unit was perfect. Perfect location, perfect amenities, and perfect view. The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed and the covered porch was icing on the cake. I can't wait to book another trip here and hopefully land this same unit.

We had to call or email about sheets unacceptable, strange smell, no lock on locker. Understood it was Christmas, but customer service should be truly the most important concern. Regarding the ski locker, the person told me to take the skis up to the room. There are signs everywhere to not do that! I simply asked that we have what we thought we had paid for. Finally after a lengthy discussion, she said maintenance would come look into it. I had to ask over and over, if the original code would work or if I would get a new on. Once that was finally answered , I had to ask, how would I be notified of the new code.
Upon entering we had a strange smell and master bedroom sheets were needing to be replace. I called the number, someone picked up the phone, no words said , just sent it to music three different times. I found new sheets that were in the top of the closet and changed the sheets. I emailed my concerns. The e-mail response all but called me a lier and questioned everything. It also stated someone came up to check smell, however, that was midday of the second day. We had opened doors and cooked breakfast which helped.
Not a fan of alexia- so we did not follow that.

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect. The access to the amenities was easy and very close. Kids loved the bunk beds and hot tub. The short walk to the lift was a huge bonus. Another bonus was the quality of the shower, it was really nice. Tons of hot water and great pressure if that is something that matters to you. Great stay.

My wife and I took our 3 kids to see the Rocky Mountains for the first time and the whole trip was amazing. Staying in Fraser Crossing Condo could not have been more perfect for our family. Everything we needed for our stay was right there and the information that is emailed out before we got there was accurate and very helpful. Signing up for parking was a breeze. I do want to give a shout out to April, she helped me get everything set up and was very positive and high energy on the phone answering my question. I have already told a couple close friends if they ever head that way, to stay with you guys. Thanks for the memories that will last our family a lifetime!

Perfect condo for our family of five with three teenage kids. It was exactly what we needed and very comfortable stay. Very short walk to the gondola that never had a line. It was our first experience at Winter Park and we were all thumbs up

We were given a different unit then what we booked. Beyond annoying especially when we thought we had a high floor with great views of winter park and ended up with views of the first floor parking lot.

Fraser’s Crossing
The condo was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. Having the lockers to store our ski equipment in was very convenient. There is a little bit of a walk to get to the gondola and lifts, so if you’re looking for a true ski in/ski out this may not be the condo you want to stay in. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the slopes.
This is a nice unit in a great location for skiing at Winter Park/Mary Jane. The building is a very short walk to the gondola, approx. 200 yds. from front door. In fact, the walk from the elevator to this unit feels longer than the walk from the front door to the gondola (it's a long way to the unit from the elevator!) I don't know what the prior reviewer is talking about with the kitchen. It is FULLY stocked with everything you need to cook full meals. We cooked everything without any issues. The only suggestion would be to add a pizza pan. The carpet does need attention immediately, it is a tripping hazard in spots, especially in the master bedroom where it has buckled. The furniture in the living area is comfy and the fireplace works great, and actually puts out heat! Nice deck with a view and plenty of light in the unit. The bathrooms were roomy and well lit. The master bed is very firm. WiFi is mediocre at best. We had issues streaming Netflix and connecting iPhones. Nice location, good unit. We'd definitely stay here again. Although they charge $16/day to park in the building (ridiculous), it is a heated garage which was nice after skiing our last day.

The place was immaculate and in a beautiful location. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Fireplace, plenty of towels, dishes, detergent for laundry and plenty of space for our 3 children.

Location, location, location!
We loved staying at this property! The condo is exactly as described and depicted in the listing. It is right across the street from the Winter Park Resort Village with easy access to food, trails, and slopes. My only issue was the fact that, since you are right across the street, there is a bit of traffic noise. Plus the train runs close by and you can hear it, along with construction vehicles in and out of the resort.

The unit was very nice, clean, and just as we had hoped. The convenience to the ski base is wonderful. Only complaint is that the nightly price should include parking in the garage. Just another way to drag $16/per day out of someone who has chosen to do business with you. Not cool.
