Everything but especially the hospitality. My phone was stolen at a nearby drugstore on Wednesday, September 13th. The store security camera saw who took it off the counter, and one of the workers went with me to the police station to file a report. But the police wouldn't take a report saying that since it wasn't a Turkish phone, they couldn't track it. But the hotel manager, Fuat, went back with me to the station and helped me file the report. I got back to my room at 9:15 and at 12:05 AM, the police called Fuat and told him they had picked up the guy who stole my phone. Fuat had already left for the day but came all the way back to return with me to the station to retrieve my phone. He went above and beyond what a hotel manager had to do. His actions in helping to recover my phone relieved a lot of stress and anxiety and made the remaining days of my vacation more enjoyable. Thanks again Fuat.

This is a business-style hotel with a standard room layout. The room was well-equipped and comfortable. Valet parking worked well - this was a big factor in our choice of this hotel. We walked across the Kulturpark to reach the seafront for dinner at one of the many restaurants there - it took about 20-25 minutes.
Choice on the breakfast buffet was a bit limited.

Nice and helpful staff
What was important to me and unfortunately had an issue was that the bathroom ventilation seemed to not be working.

Location is perfect. Very clean.
The rooftop bar was so loud that it was difficult to sleep (Friday and Saturday night stay)

value for money. clean. facilities are a bit worn out. staff is friendly.
the air conditioner works only for heating. my room was to the sunny side. when I arrived, the balcony was open, so the air inside was hot. as I said, the AC could not help. I turned to the service desk, and they said that during this time of season their centralized AC worked only in heating mode.
i closed the curtains and went sightseeing.
when I returned in the evening, the room was still hot. i had to open the windows but it did not help a lot. sleeping in such hot stuffed air was a torture. as a bonus behind the window is a central station and nearby is a night disco club.
so I had to sleep with accompaniment of honking trains and some techno music (which I am not really big fan of).
the breakfast is of modest choice but okay.

Very confortable and modern hotel, near many interesting places in Izmir. Room exceeded our expectations, internet, bathroom, frigobar, beds, cleaning in general was excellent. Location was close to bazar and commercial center, and many other attractions. So close to Basmane Gar, so we take advantage or excellent public transportation in Izmir and organized our own Ephesus tour!
Nothing in special

The room was exceptionally spacious and clean. We had 2 XL luggages, and no problem to lay down both on the floor. The uncle helping us with the taxi and luggage was very kind and humble as well.
The breakfast felt a little lacking and the person at counter is less attentive.

Location is great. Staff from the reception/ lobby and the maid were very kind and nice.
The parking was outside, not underground. The internet was not stable and the system works in the way that, each time you leave the hotel, you should go to the reception to get a pass upon your arrival. Carpet in the room should be thoroughly cleaned. Unlike staff from the reception and a maid, staff from the restaurant was uninterested and disorganized. Breakfast could be better.

The staff were suuuuper friendly and helpful! Really appreciate this sort of attitude when we are traveling!
The blanket on the bed was a bit small for two people to share. The towels weren’t very good at toweling.

Room was ok, although more worn then in the pictures. For toiletries and toilet paper you get a single item per room, although in the room are 2 persons and you have to go and ask to have a number of toiletries equal to number of persons in the room every single day, they never note it down or remember it, although it should be by default. The breakfast is very poor, same every day (stayed 4 days) and they will bring it to your table: 2 mini cherry tomatoes,2 slices of the cheapest baloney,2 slices of cheese,2-3 olives,2 thin slices of cucumbers and 2 small pieces of the turkish "simit",all layed down very well to occupy entire surface on a huge plate. Only if you read the paper on the table, you will see that you can ask for an omelette, nobody will tell you about it or bring it to you if you don't ask specifically for it. Some days you may find in the area near the coffee and tea half pieces of 2 pastries, always the same on a tray and a tray with few apples and oranges. If you ask for some extra items (reading previous comments hotel said you can ask for some more items),for example we asked for 3 more of the tiny tomates, some days you might get them, some other days the staff in the restaurant might be upset that you asked something more and retire even the plate with the few items he is supposed to bring at your table. We had that happen and had to complain at the reception to get the plate back, the guy serving the food at table was very rude. They say they bring this poor plate and food because of covid, but when a Turkish group of tourists came to the hotel to remain one night, they day of their departure, a nice, warm, rich buffet with several dishes was awaiting and every tourist could serve himself with whatever he liked, not just the 2 minis that are brought for breakfast every day.
