Il cottage è decorato in stile anni '50 e offre alcuni servizi moderni per semplificare la vita. Il cottage può essere diviso in due aree facendo un bagno con una camera da letto e un bagno con due camere da letto, se lo si desidera, la camera da letto due avrà la cucina, il singolo non avrà la cucina. The property was lovely, all our needs were accounted for. The owners went above and beyond to assist us, with slow cookers to setting up the teli, so I didn't miss my team in the footy finals. Plenty of parking and easy access for my disabled husband. The area is beautiful and we would highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay thanks the beds were super comfortable and we loved all the trinkets around the place. It was also super convenient walking distance to pub and general store.

Our stay at Perkins Place was absolutely wonderful. Very clean very comfortable and had everything we needed and more.

Lovely cute spacious cottage with everything that we needed.
Great communication with Carl and Donna. Great spot to enjoy a weekend away whilst enjoying some local sights and drives.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and it was set out really well for us as we had 2 adults, Twin 16yo and a 19yo.
As it was hot, the little creek down the road, was great for the kids to cool off from the heat.
The Hosts were amazing and Super Friendly and Very Attentive.

Perfect cottage to relax and unwind. Our stay was loved by all including the dogs.
The two living areas and the outdoor space was great, giving us plenty of room. The bbq and outside undercover dining area was a bonus. Our thanks to the onsite managers who were helpful and informative. Wonderful little town for a quiet getaway.

Quaint fantastic find in the heart of the high country. Plenty of antiques and even board games to keep the kids amused.

Charming & historic.
Maple Cottage is an historic quaint cottage, set within walking distance to the small Jamieson village centre, & the crystal clear Jamieson river. The cottage itself is interesting with lots of vintage & antique furnishing & knick knacks. The beds were extremely comfy & cosy, & the heating (we were there in late autumn) worked very effectively. We enjoyed our stay at Maple Cottage.

Old world charm
Rustic, old world and totally relaxing. Very well set up for 2 couples. A bit disappointed the wood heater was not usable but nice and warm with the split system. Really comfortable beds

Delightful Picturesque Oasis
Maple Cottage, Perkins Place, was an absolute dream! The entire cottage was immaculately clean, the beds extremely comfortable, the layout spacious and the utensils and decor delightful. Communication with Carl was easy, prompt and very helpful. We highly recommend this beautiful, peaceful, tastefully appointed accomodation and hope to visit again very soon.

Super friendly hosts
Cleanest place we have ever stayed. Hosts are amazing and provided us with exceptional support when we had to leave suddenly because of an emergency. Would recommend this as a place to stay if you have dogs. Thanks so much for having us.

Country cottage retreat
We all had a wonderful relaxing week at the cottage. Quaint old world charm with all we needed for a relaxing country getaway. Close to the river and a great spot to explore the local surrounds. Carl and Donna were great hosts, good communication and tips on the local area. Many thanks for a wonderful break, will be back.

Super relaxing stay
Perkins Place cottage is lovely: very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous location, right near the river which was so cool and inviting. Our dogs had a ball, the whole stay was super relaxing and perfect for 4 nights away.

Not what we were expecting
Frpm the description we expected a standalone house. However this property has shared facilities and connecting walls so we were disappointed and felt misled. However if you don't mind that then we would recommend this property. Location is good and shared BBQ area was well appointed. Great for pets and hosts are accommodating. Baz the resident Corgi is a sucker for a pat

Comfortable and cosy, great for two young families
Perkins place offered our two young families (+ pooch) the perfect stopover in Jamieson. It was immaculate, had lovely warm fire for a chilly night, two living areas gave us the extra space needed with 3 young kids and two babies between us, well set up and some basic brekky items was a nice unexpected bonus. The hosts who greeted us were lovely and welcoming and very relaxed. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Lovely cottage, great location
Would definitely recommend this cottage. We had a lovely stay but most importantly our two dogs were really welcomed. Carl and Donna were perfect hosts and took good care of us so we had a properly relaxing time. The location is fantastic- backing onto the river for a beautiful walk that we took every day with the dogs including lots of off lead time.
Look forward to going back one day.

Cozy, floral, country retreat.
Our winter long weekend had a roaring fire (supplemented by heaters so we were blissfully warm), comfortable beds, excellent hot water and a kangaroo lazily hopping past the front door one morning. Our two families had plenty of space and Carl was super welcoming. The dogs loved it too!

Quaint in a beautiful country town
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We found everything we needed. It was in an ideal location. The beds were extremely comfortable after long days out and about. Even the sun shone every day for us during our stay. Thank you both, we’ll be back sometime.
