I would definitely stay here again. It was clean and quiet, two things that are very important on a Disney vacation! The owner was very nice, and even came outside at night to help us find the house upon our late arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Katie's apartment! It is an upper unit of a triplex, which is much more intimate and less crowded than a traditional apartment. Katie was a receptive and accommodating host. The unit was clean and was appointed with high quality furnishings, including the comfortable recliner sofa and beds! The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed spending time outside on the deck. We look forward to staying again in the future when we are in town for Chapman events!

Katie was very communicative prior to check-in. Check-in was simple. Katie was easily available during our stay and even went beyond our expectations by inviting us to dinner and offering to drop us at Disneyland if needed. The apartment was clean and had everything as advertised. The size was good for our family of 3 and could have fit more comfortably. The proximity to Albertsons was convenient and the parking was very easy. Driving distance to Disney parking about about 15 minutes. We visit the area at least once a year and would stay again.

We stayed at this property while I attended a work conference at the Anaheim Marriott. The location was perfect for this, and very centralized in Orange County for visits to other sights and restaurants in Orange, Anaheim, Tustin, Irvine, and even the beaches. The unit had everything we needed for our stay, and the owners were very attentive, checking in to make sure everything was OK. The area is a quiet suburban street, but very close to a grocery store and Starbucks, which was convenient for us! We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.

We went for a Chapman move in. Great location close to Chapman and old town Orange. We will be back.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to everything. Amenities are excellent.( Including a nightlight in the bathroom) and scented candles..Katie our host baked us delicious banana muffins upon arrival. Will highly recommend and surely will stay in the property again.

We were looking for something away from the crowds and this was the perfect spot for us. This was a tucked away space that had a full kitchen, well-equipped living room, and comfortable beds. The host was amazing and was helpful at every step in the process. We would definitely stay here again.

There convenient location for us, family and shopping.

Katie and her husband were wonderful hosts. We visited from NorCal for baseball camp for my son. Their home is well cared for as well as the neighborhood. The market is close by and was perfectly located for us to attend baseball camp at Hart Park and Chapman and Concordia Colleges. The main bedroom had a very comfy bed. I think a nice bed pad would go a long way in the small bedroom. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very safe neighborhood and would stay again if the need arises. Thank you for being great hosts. The property was ideally located for our stay as we visited relatives close by. Katie could not have been more accommodating and kind. A very nice week in California and made more pleasurable with our stay at Katie's place. The apartment was great and the area very quiet. We loved it.

Was able to get around without having to rent a car. Visited our son who is attending Chapman. Has all the amenities that you need. We will def book again.

Katie was great communicating in advance that she would not be at the property when we arrived, had a backup person if needed, but left detailed instructions on where to find the key. She also had good suggestions and checked in a couple times during the visit. The property was clean, quiet, and within 20 minutes of most everything we planned to do. Although did not use the kitchen for anything but coffee in the morning, it looked to be well equipped. Their is an Albertsons 1 block away which is convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location for doing all Orange County activities. Easy freeway access. Comfortable and nice accommodations. Katie, the host is so kind and easy to work with.

Once we had arrived the accommodation was fantastic, better than we had expected and again the host exceeded all our expectations and made our stay so wonderful it was a real shame to have to leave. We all really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accomodation to anybody.

Katie and John were wonderful hosts. I felt welcome and the space was absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Apartment had very hot water. It is located in a great area and on site parking was available. It’s a must stay and I will definitely be back with my family next year. She communicated with us effectively and made sure we were happy. She even got me a cake, wine and ice cream for my birthday. Even offered to let us use her pool. Katie is truly a wonderful person

We had a wonderful time during our visit to the west coast. Family of 4 ( with a 3 year old and 12 year old) we were able to be comfortable in the space, considering we stayed out majority of the day site seeing. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Restaurants and groceries in walking distance, beaches and Disneyland 15-20 min drive. We even took a trip to San Diego zoo and it was only about a hour 45 min drive, but we didn't mind because we had a scenic drive down the Pacific Coast. Katie & John were wonderful hosts, perfect communication, and so friendly. Katie made my 3 year old daughters day just by picking her one of her flowers she was watering. It was refreshing to be so far away from home ( East Coast) and not feel like visitors. We are already planning more trips in the future and cant imagine staying anywhere else.

Kate and her husband were awesome and they treated me and my son like family 🥰. I highly recommend booking with them. The neighborhood was nice and enjoyed seeing fruits trees that you don’t see in Arkansas. I was minutes away from Disney land and everything else that I needed.

The unit is adorable, clean, comfortable beds, and a little gem in the heart of Orange. Great neighborhood and close to Chapman University for visiting families. We look forward to our next stay.
