The staff did try to come up with solutions however it was up to the owner to decide if I could receive a full refund. I was not given any information on how to get in touch with this person. I believe the front desk staff is helpful and polite and also do their best to accommodate. The hotel is renovating and I did get a room in the end that was newly remodeled.it was very nice however didn't have what I originally booked.

I had to change rooms 3 times.there was an problem with mildew in the carpets in the original room. I was switched to a different room that didn't have a balcony ( it was included in the price of my original booking) also the door in the second room didn't lock.I was told it had a mountain view, however it was in the back of the hotel with no view except maintenance equipment and broken items needing to be fixed, etc. The last room was newly remodeled but had no towels, trash container, coffee maker, or refrigerator. Also no balcony and the television didn't work .I got a coffee maker, but that's it I asked for a discount, was promised a discount but didn't receive it . I was told I could leave but where to go at the last minute? I wasn't in a position to pay up to $500 extra for one night at another location on the island. I'm very disappointed at the way this hotel is booking it's guest's in substandard room's and not having any safe, clean and well stocked rooms as an option. It really put a damper on my stay .

Really cool location. Great view from the front of the hotel. The front desk staff was great! Very helpful and very friendly. Room amenities were great.

Cleanliness could improve. Front door needed a hard push to open. Batteries in one of the tv remotes were dead. A light in the bed room didn't work.

I liked leaving Seaport to check into a better and cleaner hotel

Exposed outlets, black mold, filthy carpet, awful smell, visible hair from someone else, couldn’t use fan due to the amount of dust, clearly hadn’t been cleaned for at least a year. Do Hello

the room was outdated and get a lot like a motel also our room door was a sliding door that led right into a balcony that was like a main walk way .

Diamond in the really, really rough. Our room 205 was horrible run down mess. Torn carpet, broken loose tiles, burnt stained pots in kitchen no dish soap, dishwasher soap. A mess for the high price we paid

Outside property was good. Room was horrible

I paddled over in the outrigger race. Comfy bed was great after a tiring day.

The air conditioner had condensation that dripped throughout the night.
