The view is incredibly beautiful! The room was spacious and the shower was very nice.

We booked the deluxe room which is next to reception. It was very noisy and we were woken up by a loud gate at 5:30 every morning and we could hear people come and go all the time. It's an industrial area so there is loud work being done. The room was not clean and we found hair on the pillow. The fridge had mould in it and wasn't plugged in.

Phòng view đẹp, sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, có ban công rộng, giá rẻ so với chất lượng. Nhiều cửa kính nhìn view bên ngoài rất tuyệt vời luôn ạ! Khách sạn hỗ trợ thuê xe máy, check in sớm rất nhiệt tình. Lễ tân các ca đều thân thiện, nhiệt tình giúp đỡ khách kể cả tụi mình đi săn mây lúc 4 giờ sáng hay để quên đồ cũng nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tìm giúp. Mọi thứ đều rất tuyệt, những lần tới mình sẽ quay lại và giới thiệu cho bạn bè mình nữa. Cảm ơn Hotel nhiều ạ.

Nhân viên buồng phòng làm phòng không kỹ và sạch. Nhưng so với giá tiền như vậy thì không thể đòi hỏi cao được. Tổng quan vẫn ok và tốt

Это потрясающий отель! При заезде оказалось что наш номер занят и нам дали другой- и он оказался еще лучше!!!! Большой номер с видом на город и ванной с окном. Это были лучшие дни в Далате! Отель далековат от центра, но оно того стоит. Просыпаться с таким видом из окан просто божественно. Ну и вечером смотреть как горят огни города- отдельный кайф. После прогулок под дождем очень классно принять горячую ванну. Мы несколько дней подряд зависли в ней с бутылочкой Вьетнамского вина. Оказалось лучшим решением забронировать отель именно с ванной. В отеле есть кафе, рядом то же есть кафешки и рестораны. Все чисто, каждое утро спрашивают убрать ли в номере. Есть чайник и фен. Прачечная стоит 60 донгов за кг. Дорого, но стирают и сушат супер быстро. Отдала вечером вещи, уже утром были сухие.

The staff is friendly.

The view was spectacular and the room size. The main receptionist was really nice and helpful. Although we decided to leave after two nights, they refunded us the full balance.

It was terribly noisy. We were assigned a room adjacent to the reception and we could hear everything going on. People coming and going, telephone ringing in the middle of the night and so on. Also traffic noise coming through the window and through the reception/main entry. There was also building work going on on the road in front of the hotel and a karaoke at the other side. We complained about the noise and they offered us another room in a different floor, but this room did not have any views and was smaller, so it was not the same room as what we paid for. We decided to leave after two nights.

located at the top of the hill . although not too far distance from city centre, but climbing up the hill to the hotel is tough and thus not convenient. we shifted to another hotel downtown after 2 days stay, instead of planned 4 days stay.

not much food option around the hotel in the evening. Low hot water pressure for shower, thus very comfortable in this cold climate( was 5deg C in the evening during the stay)

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is helpful. It’s quite near the center.

The bed is hard.

serious issue with hot water in the shower, I stayed in different rooms and all had this issue. you can have just enough hot water in the morning and some rooms even not that. Also, the rooms have no heating and no carpets so it can be cold in the room in Dalat cold weather.

We booked 2 nights but decide to extend more 2 because the hotel is great, new facilities, comfortable room especially with elevator. There’s place for coffee and breakfast, relaxing to sit at night and look over the city lights. - Motobike for rent is new and safe with a same price with other place. - Staffs are nice and friendly.

There is no smart TV only cable channel
