The large room and inviting atmosphere

The beds were very very uncomfortable the pillows were horrible as well! Also the complementary breakfast was very bad as well

We needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament. The hotel was easy to find and in a safe location, which was the main selling point. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. For the price point, the hotel was phenomenal, and I would have expected to pay a little more honestly!

Overpriced snacks and low water pressure, but that's to be expected at any hotel!

I have pictures of the nasty rooms they gave me #426, died bugs, hair in the shower, stains on the bed sheets, the blinds didn't go up. I spoke with the General manager, he assigned me #506. #506 had piss on the toilet seat, hair in the bed, hair in the shower, food crumbs on the couch and One of the complimentary bottles of water have been drunk out of. I had to find a housekeeper and pay her to clean my room. The general manager said to contact booking to get my money back.

Not getting a receipt at check-out was bad, And being overcharged by Booking.com and Hilton for two of the three days. We do not intend to use either of these companies in the future.

The room was spacious

Elavator noises all day and night. Even after we asked to have the trash cans emptied, no service. The ice maker on our floor did not work our entire stay. We had to go to the first floor to get ice.

More flexibility in cancellation. My itinerary changed and I left a day early. I lost the money for that night. Any chance of a refund?

Great lobby area to spend time with friends and family

The pool was closed, there were multiple things broken in our room and the front desk person was sitting down texting on the lobby couch when we walked in.

We were charged more for our room than we should have. We wanted a king bed and a couch that could sleep a third person. When we got to our room it did not have a couch. The king bed was just moved awkwardly in the room with a long desk table behind the bed and the TV was half on the corner of the wall and half way in front of the window. It was weird and did not have an extra space to sleep a third person. The bathroom door also did not ever make a true seal because of it being a sliding door. It did not allow for privacy when going to the bathroom. The shower door kept sliding open as well. It would not stay closed. Please check room 216 out. Weird room arrangement and a few problems. The towels were very scratchy and rough.
