Separate floor with living room and bedroom for kids/ dog, plenty of space, has everything you need in the kitchen.

BBQ had malfunction components. Front door didn’t have a child safety, considering kids room is right next to entry door, there should be something. Front door key pad doesn’t lock automatically - you have to enter a full code (which btw is way too long). None of this prevented us from enjoying our stay - just something to take into account.

The beds were comfortable. The view was nice.

Well let’s see, the tv upstairs was broken. We called and never received any help. Actually we were treated pretty rudely!!!! Kitchen disposal broken, sewage coming from kitchen sink. Mildew in shower. Bedroom doorknob fell off locking us in the room. Thankfully my husband is handy and repaired your broken doorknob for you! The gutters were not properly attached so Friday night we were kept awake by the gutters slamming against the house. We couldn’t use the hot tub (WHICH WAS THE REASON WE RENTED THE HOME) it was filthy and was not even warm. The upstairs wood floors were absolutely putrid!! They were not clean, our socks stuck to the floor so we had to go out and buy special socks with rubber soles so we wouldn’t have to keep washing our feet. It was disgusting. And the amount that you charge people for this is an absolute scam! I am disabled and I saved for over a year to surprise my husband for his 50th Birthday and this is what we get?!?! 😔 Also the lady I spoke with on Sunday about this entire situation told me she’d get back to me in 24 hours. It’s now Wednesday night at 10:25pm. I will never use Booking.com again, I also will never recommend anyone to stay at this place. The owners need to take care of hazardous problems there before anyone else gets duped into staying here. I am in tears I am so upset!!!!

Location and comfort, plenty of room for the whole family.

False advertisement, we packed for and expected to have the community pool for something to enjoy while on vacation as the pool pictures/community center is on the listing pictures as well as a review from a guest saying they enjoyed the community pool. Also the personal hot tub is not maintained like it should be.

Plenty of amenities--especially wide screen tvs, jacuzzi, grill. Nice views, even though not a beach view. Excellent little park space with picnic tables within a short walk. Comfortable beds and easy climate controls.

Would have been nice to have garbage bags available. Specific directions to walk to beach access also would have been nice, though we figured it out. Be sure to always turn on the vent above the stove and open a few windows when cooking--the smoke alarm seems very sensitive.
