This house was the perfect house. Plenty of space for my family and conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. Lynn was very easy to work with and always responded promptly to any questions. I would recommend this house to anyone considering coming to Marco Island.

Excellent property. We had a tritoon, golf cart, and 2 paddle boards delivered to the house for the week. My wife, our 6 adult kids, along with 2 spouses, and 2 grandchildren had a great time cruising the waters and hanging at several different beaches. The house is well-appointed and was perfectly sized right for all of us. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The boat dock is awesome. The only somewhat disappointment is that compared to Anna Maria Island, golf carts are not so comfortable/safe due to more busy car traffic .... they did not seem very welcome. The area is a bit less "laid back" for a golf cart. Other than this, my family had an excellent time and recommend the property!

What a beautiful home for a family vacation! We loved the setting, the spacious accommodations and the gorgeous pool area. Our host was extremely helpful and very responsive. We will definitely go back to this lovely, relaxing setting. Thank you for a perfect place to spend family time together!

The home was perfect for our family and grandchildren. Plenty of space, clean and great outdoor area for the kids to hang out. Great restaurants in the area with beautiful beaches just minutes away. Lynn did a great job of responding to communication as well. Don't miss out on a great location with a fantastic owner!

This house was clean and bright and had everything you need for a great vacation. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials. The owners were responsive and wonderful to work with. We had 10 people staying for a week and never felt cramped. Highly recommend this place for your next vacation to Marco!

Beautiful and specious! My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacations here. The house is specious with beautiful view. Clean and comfortable. Furnished with everything you need. The area is very quiet. I definitely recomend this house.

The perfect layout of this beautiful home provided individual, private spaces for our 3 families (10 total people) as well as common areas where we could gather together to make memories—whether that was eating around the dining room tables, swimming and sunbathing on the pool deck and dock, or watching a movie on one of two large screen TVs. And what more can you ask for than a good night’s sleep on comfy, sturdy mattresses? From check in to check out and 7 beautiful sunrises in between, our stay at 1560 Kingston Court in Marco Island was exactly what our family needed.

The house was clean and well maintained and large enough that 9 of us never felt crowded. Many amenities supplied. Located centrally so never far from any beaches or shopping.

Beautiful clean home
We had our annual family get together with 10 adults and an 8 month old infant. The home was exactly as described and very spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained, the AC worked great, and all the supplies we needed were provided. The portable crib and high chair was much appreciated. The home is close to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, wagon and cooler provided) and many great restaurants. Publix was 3 min away. Lynn is very responsive and informative. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely home
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious home. Plenty of conversation areas for large group of adults. Very clean and well stocked as well! Would definitely come back! One thing I would mention is no ability to turn down hot water to cooler in master shower so water in there was very hot yet only luke warm in other bedroom downstairs? Water temp valve only gave hot water. But overall a beautiful rental in a quiet neighborhood!

Week on Marco
We wanted to get as far south as possible for a week away with all 5 of our kids of varying ages. We have parents who winter not too far from Marco, and we fortunately found this place.
The house is well-stocked with everything a person would need with ample towels, plenty of toys for the pool and chairs/umbrella for the beach. There is plenty of space in this home with enough bathrooms to keep people from being right on top of one another.
In all honesty, the pictures don't do it justice as the house has plenty of space and is certainly laid out well. The pool/hot tub is easy to run with the hot tub getting good and warm which isn't always a given-we've found this out the hard way at other places we've stayed.
While the house isn't walking distance by any means to a beach, if a person gets to one of the parking lots early enough, it's pretty easy to spend a day on the beach. Being right on the water, our kids caught some fish and enjoyed seeing a boat go by here and there.
Publix is literally a minute or two away, which is very handy for those wanting to cook some of their own meals.
We enjoyed this place quite at bit and feel it is a great value and a great fit for a big family like ours.

Great multi family vacation home
This was a great vacation house for my mom, my family of 4 and my sister's family of 5. Grandma appreciated the first floor queen bedroom with attached bathroom and closet. The outdoor area was just fantastic with the view of the canal, the grill, and the table/chairs. The kitchen and living room area was very grand and spacious and allowed all of us to hang out in the same area. Preparing meals was a breeze because we had room to move about the kitchen and the kitchen was well equipped. The house has definitely been lived in and is not brand new, but to me that was great because I didn't have to worry about every little thing my kids touched, etc. It made for a relaxing stay. Grandma is already talking about booking this home for next summer.

Perfect Getaway for Family Group of 9
This home is beautiful and extremely spacious. Our group of 9 extended family members (6 adults, 2 seventeen yo's, 1 six yo) were very comfortable here. The home's setup allowed us all to hang out and have meals without ever feeling crowded...so much that we ate the majority of our meals there rather than dining out. The pool/spa/lanai/ was phenomenal and we enjoyed that daily, often having meals on the lanai. The view of the canal is something we wish we could see every day! The floor to ceiling windows/doors in the main part of the house is a perfect design for enjoying that view. The house is nicely appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, beach towels, a beach cart, umbrella, pool floats/noodles, etc. A few members of our party also used the available fishing poles for fishing from the dock (and they caught/released some interesting fish!). There is a small styrofoam cooler and medium-sized soft sided cooler for use. The owner was very responsive and courteous. This was the perfect house for our first visit to beautiful Marco Island. We were sad to leave this luxurious place and cannot wait to return!

Wonderful property
Our family of 6 stayed there for two weeks and it was heaven. The house is beautiful and well stocked. The view off the pool is lovely and we were able to rent a boat and tie it up out front. The owners were very nice and extremely responsive. Would recommend this property and definitely want to return!

Last minute trip
We were pleased to find a last minute cancellation at this home. Marco Island remains a favorite for us. This year we utilized outdoor dining and felt safe with COVID precautions. This property is centrally located making it easy for outings. The hot tub was a hit. Pool has good sun in AM but afternoon sun exposure is lacking. There is a separate bath entrance from pool deck which we found useful. Overall a good experience.

Great week!
This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. From the main living area, to the outdoor pool and patio, it was fantastic! Each bedroom had its own bath, and the pool bathroom was super convenient. The owners are great as well!

Perfect get away
The house was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub worked well and we used them every day. The air conditioning and wifi worked beautifully. The kitchen and living area was generous. The kitchen had everything we needed. We went to the Publix supermarket and shopped for what we wanted. We grilled a lot and ate all our meals at the house. The neighborhood was lovely. My teenage kids had a lot of room in doors and out doors to roam. The property manager was available when I had any questions.

Great stay
My children's reaction to walking into the house alone was worth the cost of the stay. The home is gorgeous - great layout, plenty of space to socialize or relax on your own, the inside/outside area and transition are fabulous and there are few things that will relax you more than a morning coffee or evening cocktail looking out at the water. The property is really convenient to anywhere you want to go on the island and the "extras" are great (beach chairs, coolers, rolling cart, pool floats, etc).
