Lussuoso condominio in centro città proprio sul porto turistico con 2 spaziose Master suite, 2 bagni con bagni privati in ogni camera (non troverete alcun noleggio vicino a questa posizione perfetta sul porto turistico). Questo condominio si trova nel cuore di tutto, proprio sul porto turistico con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano del porto degli yacht. Sicurezza 24 ore (molto sicura). Andare a pescare, prendere una barca di vetro a Lovers Beach, fare snorkeling presso il famoso Arch o semplicemente rilassarsi nella piscina sul tetto / Jacuzzi con vista sul porto turistico con una zona barbecue coperta. A pochi minuti / isolati dalla famosa spiaggia di Medano, dal centro commerciale Puerto Paraiso, da Cabo Wabo, dai famosi locali notturni e da numerosi ristoranti, non c'è niente di meglio di così. Guarda il mondo che passa sulla Marina a piedi sotto e salta un taxi acqueo dal tuo balcone per qualsiasi escursione oceanica desiderata (la spiaggia di Medano e l'Arco). Questa unità ha anche un parcheggio, buono come l'oro nel centro di Cabo. Ha un ingresso separato per la camera da letto n. 2 per l'accesso privato (porte combo quindi nessuna chiave necessaria). Condo was beautiful. Right on the Marina and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. We could get a water taxi and go to the beach! The Condo was awesome!! One downfall was the loud music but they provide ear plugs to help you sleep and during the week it ends at 12 am. Great time! Fantastic Girls Trip. Utilize Carlos to pick you up at the airport and bring you back he was great!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! My husband and I and another couple went to celebrate the husbands' birthdays. We used the transportation recommended by Vince (the owner) to pick us up from the airport. It was perfect. Right when we exited the airport, there was our driver with a welcome sign. On the way to the condo, he stopped at a grocery store for us. Upon arrival, Hugo immediately welcomed us and had all of our groceries and luggage carried up for us. Check in was great, no paper signing, no need to enter the office. Hugo just gave us a quick tour and we headed straight to the room. In the condo, there was waiting for us a tower of guacamole and freshly made chips. So good!! The condo was clean, the balcony is perfectly sized for 4 adults, and the two bedrooms are separate, each having its own private bathroom. Very convenient as we travelled with another couple. The location is walking distance to a grocery store, the beach, cantinas, and shopping. In the second bedroom there are 4 tommy bahama beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a cooler. We used all of it when we went to the beach. There is a washer and dryer inside the condo which allowed us not to pack so much because we knew we could wash our clothes. We stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every moment. I would definitely stay at this very location again if we decide to visit Cabo in the future.

Loved it. Had never been to this condo so we only booked the condo for 5 nights.
We were moving to our favorite hotel on the marina for our last 5 nights. The condo was so amazing we emailed the owner to ask if there was anyone coming in after us for the next 5 nights and if not,could we stay. He allowed us to stay and we canceled our reservation at the hotel.
The condo is very nice. Well stocked and furnished with everything in excellent condition. My favorite thing in Cabo is the marina. It would be hard to beat the location anywhere on the marina. Has a patio that we spent quite a bit of time on watching the marina and boardwalk.
We had read about the noise and are used to staying on the marina so we were not to concerned. There is definitely music playing around you at night but this was actually the quietest rooms we have had on the marina. They have done a great job with the soundproofing. The nights they had music with heavy bass we could feel it in the front room but not the back room. I wish I didn't feel like I had to leave a good review because I would really like to keep this as our secret. Vince the owner was the best and Hugo the host was there for anything you would need.
Make sure you have contacted Hugo in advance of your arrival. I did not and evidently had an issue with my phone. Hugo had called me 6 times the day of arrival and I missed all of his calls. It all worked out and it impressed me with Hugo's persistence to make sure we got in ok. Thank you.

Condo was exceptionally equipped. Everything was new and clean. Location was central to Everything in town. Concierge was fast to reply to any requests and questions. All in all a very nice experience..

This beautiful condo has a killer view and is in the perfect location. It’s well stocked and well decorated. A new mattress was delivered after our first night and is super comfy. Communication with the owner and manager was fast and friendly. We hope to stay again!

never met the property manager.. driver from airport had code for door. had to find beach supply door key on our own. view and location were great !!!!! we loved to be immersed in the local flare... walking distance to gifts and restaurants. people watching on your deck was a treat. listening to the music on the balcony every night was cool. walking distance to the beach with the wagon was really fun...

Location location location!!! Listing said was loud, it was! During the week wasn’t as bad but Saturday night was rocking! Lost count of how many clubs in the immediate area. Balcony was perfect place to people watch. Only negative is the mattress and the pillows. We have never slept on anything as hard. Almost as uncomfortable as a sofa sleeper. Hopefully the owners will replace them. Had a great time. Would stay again if we knew the mattresses were replaced. Take a sound machine.

Visiting friends in Cabo for 3 days and this place was just perfect. Location is in the heart of the marina and close to all things to do. The new grocery store within a 5 min walk very convenient. I was there for a M-W so we didn't experience any late loud music. Windows are heavily insulated as well. The unit is great and has everything you need. highly recommended. Also easy walk to Medano Beach.

This place is loud until 4am. The beds are the hardest ones I’ve ever attempted to sleep on. I left a day early and rented another place just to get a good night sleep before heading home. My back was sore when I left. Terrible experience.

We had a great stay at this condo!! They say location is everything, and you cannot get a better location than this!! Everything was exactly as described! Yes, it is noisy for a while at night, but we were expecting this and came prepared by bring our own earplugs. We noticed after our arrival that earplugs were provided in the unit! The noise, (from music at some of the local bars) certainly did not keep us from sleeping! There is a great, modern, full grocery store about a block away in the mall, which was also very modern and big!! Thank you Vince for making this condo available!! Also thank you to Hugo (Condo manager), for your warm welcome on our arrival!! Can’t wait for our next Cabo vacation!!!

Let me start off by saying that both the property manager and the owner were amazing. Any unexpected issues we ran into they promptly resolved. For example our coffee maker wasn't working so they brought us a new one within a few hours. And then our refrigerator was not getting quite cold enough so we asked what could be done and within 24 hours, we had a brand new refrigerator. 5 star service for sure.
Our pickup and dropoff at the airport was also 5 stars. Super easy with a nice vehicle and a wonderful driver (Carlos).
The unit itself was 100% as advertised. It was nicely equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay.
The unit is right on the marina with great views of the boats. We sat on the balcony for hours at a time just watching the boats come and go and the people walking the boardwalk. The unit is right in the heart of downtown Cabo so you are just a short walk to tons of great restaurants, bars, and the mall. In the mall, there is also a new grocery store which made grabbing groceries super easy.
Everything is great until night comes and the bars start blasting their music. The condo sits directly above the Nowhere Bar so the music is extremely loud. Most nights the music stops at midnight, but on the weekends it can go until 5am. We couldn't sleep but our friends said they didn't mind it. To each his own. I would say this is great for partiers and those that will be out late, but not for those with kids or needing quite.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to everywhere! Hugo was amazingly helpful with the room and booking excursions. The music is quite loud but it didn’t bother any of us with sleeping. Would definitely book again.

Great proprty, easy check in and pick up from airport. Communication with property manager was easy. Just be aware that this proprty sits right on top of a late night dance club. The floors shake from the music at night and they continue through 3 or 4am. Luckily I was on a golf trip with buddies and we were able to push through the noise. Probably not a good place for young families.

This is in a wonderful location right on the marina and centrally located to marina and town establishiments. Hugo was a wonderful manager and came immediately when there were some mechanical issues (AC etc) that needed attention. Wonderful transportation concierge and also for sunset dinner cruise. Very clean and nice accomodations. The problem that is a fairly serious drawback is that it is above a bar that plays loud music until 2:30 in the morning. No sleeping until then. Otherwise thanks Vince and Hugo.

Love this place!!
The condo is well stocked and perfectly located. Other than groceries, we only needed to purchase laundry detergent for our stay. The air conditioner kept the condo really cool. As mentioned in the description, the condo is located above a bar that plays very loud music until around 5 am most nights. We knew this when we booked, and this was not a problem for us as we only utilized the back bedroom.
Hugo was a great host. His guacamole was amazing, and the airport transportation that he arranged was perfect and included a grocery stop.
There is a cooler, a wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella for use by guests. The cooler on wheels came in handy.
Please be aware that the pool is advertised as being open until 8 pm but rarely is. If I had a complaint, that would be my only one. However, I’d still return to this property and hope to soon!

Great location
All reviews on this property are very accurate! The condo is beautiful and in the best location… if you need quiet this is not the place for you. It is very loud on the weekends the room closer to the plaza is very loud at night. The room over the marina was louder in the morning…. It was good for us because we liked to be out til late so we weren’t in the condo at night. But this condo is in the prime spot. Hugo was very welcoming and made you feel like you had a friend to assist you with anything you may need. We would stay again.

Great condo but the noise........
First let me say the condo was one of the best where I have ever stayed. Very clean and secure Excellent wifi and best television package ever. There is washer and dryer Two bathrooms. There was only one drawback and unfortunately it is a big one, at least for my friend and me. The unit is above one bar and in close to two others that play loud techno music to all hours of the night. The condo owners have tried to ameliorate this with double windows but it is still loud. On Saturday night it played until 5 AM Sunday morning and other nights to 2 AM. If you are out to the bars until then it would not be a problem. If not for the noise I would definitely stay here again. Great central location. But the noise is a deal breaker for me. Sadly, I will not return

Family Vacation in Cabo San Lucas
Our trip was amazing!!!! The description of the condo couldn't have been more accurate. This was our first trip out of the United States and it served as our daughter's high school graduation trip that had been postponed due to Covid travel restrictions.
Booking was a piece of cake. Vince was very responsive. Once we booked our reservation we directed all inquiries to Mr. Hugo Ruiz, the property manager. Hugo was so helpful with booking activities in Cabo, from airport shuttles to sportfishing to UTV riding to parasailing, and restaurants to eat at.
Everything he told us was so accurate. The condo itself was amazing and perfect for our family. It's in the heart of the marina area. At any point he was available to phone or text and answer questions. We have only great things to say about Vince and Hugo. We can't wait to go again. We will definitely stay here again. In fact, as we type this, we are picking dates again. Thank you for the memories of a lifetime!!!!

Right in the heart of Cabo
If you want to be right in the middle of everything this is the place. Right at the marina. Walking distance to all the best restaurants. You can literally hear the heart beat of Cabo at night! Hugo the property manager was great and available to answer any questions we had. The view is amazing. You even have an amazing view from the master bedroom. You can sit on the balcony and feel like you are a part of everything while enjoying a meal or drink without even leaving the condo.

We really love Cabo.4th year here and the location is nice.
Vince has been more than fair with us.we are having to shorten our stay with Covid restrictions in the US.we are very sad.But we plan on trying to return.Hugo was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. Tears as we leave way to soon from a place we love🤗

Nice place just couple issues needed to fix
Television situation bad only get to work half time,firestick not good to watch sports.no cable. 4 days out of 10 no stove had to eat out which was what we were trying to avoid.property manger fixed after first problem lasted 1 meal and shut down again ,left for next renters maybe they have better luck.2 seniors fishing vacation and not tech wise.very nice place.

Comfort overlooking the marina
The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Short walk to glass bottom boat to take you to see Los Arcos and snorkeling. Lots of clubs and restaurants. Taxis right outside complex to explore further out. Large flat screen TVs in all rooms. Owner and manager were responsive and friendly.

Hugo was excellent at communicating all details and was gracious enough to meet me the day after we checked out to return my Kindle I left. Service was above and beyond and he was easy to reach for any issue.
The property is great - very clean and great location. Gorgeous marina view and in the middle of all activities. Condo is above a bar but we really didn't notice it. We stayed up late and were tired when we went to bed so that may have helped.
