Con un piccolo negozio che vende snack, legna da ardere e simili proprio sul posto. Il tranquillo Lago Brassua ha molto da offrire, pesca direttamente dalla porta di casa, nuoto su una bellissima spiaggia, sport acquatici, nonché canoe e kayak disponibili per il noleggio. Goditi un'escursione di un giorno sul Monte Kineo, pesca a mosca sul fiume Penobscot, sci Squaw Mtn. include angolo cottura e proiettato nella veranda! Su piste per motoslitte e vicino a piste ATV, ideali per la pesca sul ghiaccio, motoslitta e caccia. Trascorri le serate sul lato del lago rilassandoti accanto al fuoco guardando il tramonto. Brassua lake camps is a great place to stay and relax. The cabins are located right at the lake and are fully equipped with everything you need. It’s a very peaceful place in a beautiful nature setting

Very relaxing!! Very quite, beautiful property, great swimming. Stayed in Cabin 1 very clean had everything you needed.If you like to party, be loud,and be around a lot of people this is not the place for you. This property is the real Maine feel of being in the wilderness.

This is our second time staying at this exact cabin. We love it, its relaxing and clean, and also able to bring our dogs. We definitely would like to return.

We had a great time at the cabin! The lake and the sunsets are stunning. Eric and his wife are very nice. Eric showed us how to find a moose and we and we saw one that night. It was so exciting. The door is all so wood and rentals of kayaks for a small fee which is great. We would definitely come back.

This is our second year at Brassua Lake. We absolutely love it. Our cabin is perfect for us and we are so happy dogs are allowed. The people in the other cabins were so friendly. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

The property is a beautiful nature setting. The cabin was very clean and had everything I needed. The owners are available if you need anything but also really respect your privacy.

When we arrived at Rockwood they said there were no reservation. Even though I had verified a few days before leaving. A 1550 mile trip for nothing. I have denied the charge on our card.

The little cabin is perfectly situated with a magnificent view of the lake, from the sweet screened porch. Accessible to great hikes, and a peaceful, splendid retreat! It is fantastic that the cabin is pet friendly. We loved everything and every minute!!! Very hard to leave!

Enjoyed the beautiful lake view directly from our cabin. The screened-in porch was perfect! We were able to sit on the porch, with our dog, and bask in the sunlight/take in the gorgeous lake view. Our dog loved relaxing on the porch, watching the roosters roam.

Great spot for a secluded getaway
We loved the location and view at Brassua Lake! It was far enough off the road to provide peace and quiet but close enough to the activities in and around Rockwood. The screened porch is a great spot for bird watchers and lakefront sunsets. Host was quite responsive when we had questions.

We had a great time. The little cabin was just right and the view of the lake was wonderful. We were able to take a canoe out on the lake which was super fun!

Maine vacation
This was a very relaxing place to stay, the view was beautiful! We had coffee every morning on the porch & watched the sunset at night! We will be back! We recommend this place to anyone who wants to unplug and relax from their daily routine!

A great place to get away from it all!
Beautiful view of the lake along with really nice grounds. Good, friendly people in the cabins next to us. We particularly enjoyed the suggested walk to the dam. Very quiet at night, and the perfect place to unplug where work can't reach you (those places still exist)! Would have loved to have gone out on the canoes but the lake was a bit too choppy - guess we'll have to do that next time!

Beautiful place to stay. Would definitely go back. My only complaint that I believe would improve the stay for other travelers, get rid of the satellite tv and put in WiFi. With little to no cell service it was difficult to discover things to do in the area.

We loved our stay, were very comfortable. Only recommendation would be to print directions on regulating water temps, not everyone is used to an on demand system. We loved the cabin, and hated to leave! Thank you!

Relaxing on the Lake
We really loved this cozy little cabin. The dogs loved the screened porch. Beautiful sunsets and lazy hikes rounded out the weekend. Will book again next year!

Cozy base
Our older parents stayed in the cabin while we camped. It was a perfect "home base" for them to settle down in the evenings and start their day. We had great weather and enjoyed exploring during the day. We try to get up to the camps as least a few times a year and never want to leave when it's time to go home! It's truly a lovely spot.

Great Get-away
Enjoyed our 4 nights on Brassua Lake in cabin 2. Lovely sunsets. Took nice short hike to the dam. Got out in a canoe for a picnic/paddle one day and hiked Mt Kineo another. Highly recommend! Enjoyed meeting Baxter and his girl!

Great location and perfect for a weekend of riding!
The cabin was perfect for a weekend of snowmobiling. Right on the trails and close to everything. We don’t go anywhere without our dog so we loved that it was pet friendly! We will be back! Thank you!
