Location.

Well was not what was said on booking.com washing machine was dangerous as it gave electricity shock aircon leaked water all the time so could not use it. Sofa bed was broken and well used. When I spoke too the host it was like he did not care and told me aircon was fine but the bookshelf was very wet and water stained.

The location, it had everything you needed including electricals like an iron & hairdryer. Basic toiletries & dry goods in the cupboard & plenty of cleaning items. The instruction video regarding collecting the keys & about the property itself was great!

The only issue was the toilet which didn’t seem to refill properly & sometimes didn’t flush. However the hosts did warn not to put anything down it, which gave us a heads up!

There was nothing to like about this property.

Small, tatty, uncomfortable - not somewhere you would like to be. Unacceptable standard. No views, no balcony. The glowing reviews of this apartment are unbelievable. We left after one hour and found somewhere else. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

the location was great.

The booking stated that we would be met on arrival, after waiting over 2 hours we had no answer to our calls. After contacting Booking.com we were contacted by the owner and advised that was is a key for the outer gate in a lockbox on the street. Then another lock box next to the door at the apartment. The property stated a patio. There is no patio it is a 1st floor apartment. There is a communal area around the small pool but no patio specifically for the apartment. The property should be described a studio and not an apartment and is very basic. We took a nap but were woken by a dog continually barking in the next apartment all afternoon, having knocked on the door but got no answer. We presumed the dog was left in all day wit the owner being out to work. We contacted the hosts who said they would get in touch with the dog owner. Next morning we were awoken at 08.40 by the dog barking continuously. Having tried and failed to contact the hosts we contacted Booking.com. After some time we insisted that we relocate to continue our holiday and after some time the hod
