We’ve stayed here twice now. Excellent apartment and location. Owner is very communicative. Always our first choice, just sorry it’s already booked for our dates next year.

We loved our stay at this house. It was so convenient to the lift and restaurants in Mtn Village. With young kids it was so helpful to be able to go back and forth from skiing to the house for lunch (or forgotten mittens) ;) Would highly recommend.

We have been coming to Telluride for years and have stayed in at least a dozen VRBO rentals. This is one of our favorites! The location is great, the layout of the unit is wonderful and it is easy to stay there (smart TVs, basic cooking supplies, washer/dryer and more). There were a couple of minor bumps: (1) The unloading of the car was a bit of a process from the back parking lot, but we knew what to expect and once it was done and the car was parked, we didn't need the car again for the rest of the trip. (2) I think there were pets in the property at some point prior to our booking even though the listing says no pets. We have encountered this before in other VRBO units - some people just don't care about rules and they bring their pets anyway. We picked a few pieces of pet hair off of our socks/sweaters and my daughter and hubby were sneezing non-stop the entire time we were there. This is not a reflection on the property management; they can't babysit every renter to be sure they are pet-less. I fear this is becoming a common occurrence across the short-term rental industry. (3) The pots/pans are getting a bit tired with very scratched surfaces. A new set of pans with some silicone scraper/spatulas would be a welcome addition! These (3) bumps were minor inconveniences; I wanted to mention them in case they are of greater concern for other renters. Overall, honestly, my whole family likes this unit a lot and we would definitely stay here again if it is available on our travel dates.

The host was super helpful, and very responsive. The space was clean and cozy. Location is great, very short walk to the gondola and restaurants.

We are 2 sets of parents (mother/father of the bride and mother/father of the groom) who planned this 4 day trip to Telluride because our children are getting married there next year. This condo was located in an excellent location in Mountain Village, just a short walk away from the free gondola up to San Sophia overlook and then down into the town of Telluride. It was quite spacious for a party of 4 and close to numerous shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

The property is everything as advertised. We would book it again in a heartbeat. Our toddler has a tough time walking in ski boots. The condo came with an equipment wagon. We pulled our toddler to the chondola in the wagon, which made getting her to ski school extremely easy. Only good things to report from our end.

We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Location was great and condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. Would recommend and would stay there again.

I can see us booking this property over and over again. The location cannot be beat! I was worried that with the location above Boot Doctors it might be noisy; not at all! The condo is closer to the rear of the building and is quiet and private. There were enough "basics" in the kitchen and plenty of towels/linens. The laundry room was perfect for a quick wash. I made an entire Easter dinner with ease in the kitchen - enough pots, pans and dishes to get the job done. We travelled with our two teenaged daughters (there was room for a few more) who know their way around Telluride. We felt so comfortable with them leaving to go out on their own because our location was so central and convenient. We were there for 5 nights and were all cozy and happy. Thanks for a great trip!

This location is fantastic - within a minute or 2 of the lifts, gondolas, ski runs, stores and restaurants. It was clean and the views from the large deck were awesome. Be aware that the pictures are a bit deceiving - it is much smaller than it appears. The kitchen is extremely small. The idea that you could fit more than 6-8 people in the condo is not reasonable - it is hard to even squeeze onto the benches to sit at the dining table. And if you had 6 people, 4 would be using the downstairs hallway bathroom, which was tiny! (btw, the glass slider on that bathroom's shower doesn't work) The coffee maker is a 4-cup size. The main TV is not a smart TV, so no possibility for Netflix, etc., there was no way to get rid of close captioning and you couldn't get the guide function to work. The owner was quick to reply, but had no answers about the TV issues. And finally, in the bathrooms there were only the dispensers for soap and shampoo and especially during COVID this is not optimal. The condo would be cozy and best for 2 people and it was very nicely furnished. The beds were also very comfortable. And the fridge was stocked with beer and some essentials, which was very thoughtful.

Cannot beat the location! Right in the middle of Mountain Village steps away from boot doctor, Lift 4 and the gondola. House was perfect for our family of four (including two teenagers). Owner was very responsive. Only small issue is that the main TV is not a smart TV, thankfully we thought to bring an Amazon fire stick so we could watch Netflix at night. Still a five star condo. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time at this property. Best location even with everything closed. Skiing was fabulous.. Bring everything you need, we didn’t have any TP and couldn’t get more towels despite asking for them when we arrived. Luckily there is a small market close by and a washing machine.

The property was perfect for our stay. The posting description was very accurate. The location is great, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the owners were easily accessible. All of us traveling agreed we would definitely stay there again. We loved the ability to cook easily as well as be very close to great dining and amazing hiking.

My family and I loved our stay here. The property was clean, spacious, and in an awesome location (very close to gondola). The views from the deck were great too! We would def stay again.

This is a great location in the heart of the village. The conference center is just steps away. And one of the main lifts and the gondola are only a few steps further. It was easy to return to the condo for lunch and then head back out. Although the hottub is common use, it was privately located and we were the only ones in it each time we used it. We did grill one night. It was great to have the private deck and BarBQ. I'm sure this a great location to watch sunsets during the summer. Our hosts were easy to communicate with, proactive on things we needed to know and responded to any questions quickly. Our group was pleased and said this would be a great choice for out next trip to Telluride.

Our family stayed at the condo while attending one of the many Telluride Festivals. The home was warm and cozy for the limited time we were in the home but all of us felt it would be the perfect place for a ski trip off the slopes times.

Great location. Nice big balcony with BBQ and big table to eat dinner. Third years doing a summer vacation in Telluride. Best spot so far.
