I rented this property in good faith. Upon arrival, I walked in and immediately was overwhelmed by a terrible odor. The floors were sticky. the oven was dirty and the sofa cushions were covered in hair and debris.There was dirt on the floors and the toilet connections were rusted. But overwhelmingly, the terrible odor was sickening. It caused me to feel nauseous and have a headache. When I opened the door to the air handler closet, I was shocked. It was filthy and looked like it was rusted and wired together with PVC pipes and wires sticking out.There was dirt all around and throughout the insulation. I contacted the property manager, Sara. She offered to re-clean the condo but she could not resolve all the other terrible problems. I could not stay at this condo. I contacted VRBO and reported the problems.The complaint was sent to Health and Safety. I am disappointed that VRBO represents any property that can endanger someone's health. Do not rent any property that is managed by Sara in Conyers, Georgia.

We did enjoy our stay. Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of noise as we are on the bottom. Although very new a nice I’d recommend a more comfortable couch and hangers. Other than that it was very clean, the owner was lovely to deal with and we had a great trip.

Property was newly renovated and rooms where spacious and there were multiple bathrooms, with that being said water pressure throughout the the property was horrible, microwave did not work and no one was ever sent over to look at or repair, coffee maker also did not work! Noisy tenants upstairs, but overall due to location and space it was a pleasant stay!

This newly remodeled condo was terrific. I stayed there for two weeks while competing at the Georgia International Horsepark. The condo is 10 minutes away from the horse show. It is also only a couple of minutes drive time (and within walking distance) from downtown historic Conyers, where there are some really good restaurants. The condo is just as nice as in the pictures.
