Very upmarket with views to die for. Efficient and pleasant staff and the whole experience was made easy.
The blinds in the main bedroom were not working and the a/c unit in bedroom was not working. The maintaince guy tried several times to rectify in vain

beautiful views.
Loved the apartment. Just to mention that we had an incident while running the water to wash dishes the water spout shot off and landed back in the sink. Unfortunately a lot of water, a broken plate and glass was the result. Maintenance did the repair quickly and we were all good. Aircon in the lounge not working. Couldn’t find a potato peeler. But none of these took away from our stay.

The safety and security of the residents and location to the beach and restaurants. Secure undercover parking and ease of access.
The cleanliness of the kitchen appliances, fridge floors and cupboards, bathrooms can be improved to a large degree. The bed linen can be checked for stains and cleanliness. I had a pillow that had a blood stain in it, which made me uncomfortable.

The apartment was gorgeous and comfortable...and all the bedrooms had an ocean view and that it is 2 minutes walk to the beach
The only disappointment was the house cleaner, sliding door always dirty
