Villa Franka is a modern property located about one third of the way down a 200+ flight of stairs that takes you down to a stunning and peaceful seashore promenade from Scit at the top. We had a first-class apartment on the lower ground floor of the villa comprising 2 good size double bedrooms and living area. Outside was a large terrace provided with loungers and swing seat for our exclusive use. The sunsets are amazing. Our host, Bozena, was very helpful. She took the time to explain the apartment's facilities and provided suggestions regarding local attractions and restaurants. We also very much appreciated Bozena's hospitality - her daughter's cake was yummy, as were the local spirits that accompanied it. Villa Franka has its own designated parking area at the top end of Scit - essential if you are driving. An additional bonus is the use of the Villa's small car should you want to borrow this to access the nearby shops. The following is an observation and not a criticism: As mentioned above, the Villa can only be accessed via a relatively long flight of steps. This is not immediately obvious from the advertised property description. This could present accessibility problems to those who are disabled or not able bodied. We had a fabulous 3-night stay and would not hesitate to return again. Thank you again Bozena for your hospitality. You have a lovely home.

Very close to the beach and other facilities like restaurants, renting bikes, beach bar etc. New furniture and very clean. Very nice terrace with sea view where we enjoyed sunsets.

Amazing location, with only a few steps down to the beach. Really beautiful apartment with modern feel Brela center is only about 30mins walk away which it makes it ideal place if you are looking to be away from the crowds. Really friendly host too.
