Met 4 personen. 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners hebben wij genoten van ons verblijf! We voelde ons bij binnenkomst meteen thuis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het huisje is knus, mooi ingericht en schoon. Je kunt op een pleintje dichtbij het huisje je auto gratis parkeren, verder is het ongeveer 20 min lopen naar het oude centrum, je bent zo op het strand en liggen er genoeg supermarkten in de buurt. De verhuurder is attent reageert snel op vragen/advies. We raden deze accommodatie zeker aan.

Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny ,czysto, bardzo dobre wyposażenie( pralka,zmywarka środki czystości ), spokojna i bezpieczna okolica.Szybkie przekazanie kluczy, owoce i wino na powitanie, kawa, herbata. Pomocna właścicielka chetnie odpowiada na pytania i służy pomocą w trakcie pobytu.

We had very bad experience in Nemo. The main problem was the description of the property, it was not true. It was saying it has 3 bathrooms, parking, patio and that apartment measures 60 square meters. It’s all not true. It has one, very small bathroom, such thing like patio does not exist (you have just windows with bars, with view of someone else’s garden and you need to keep the curtains shut as everything is visible) and the apartment has max 40 square meters. With 4 adult people it’s small, especially problem with the bathroom. We asked the owner Josipa about this, at first she said this is booking mistake, then she changed her mind and told us that such description doesn’t exist (we have many screens), then Josipa amended the description and told booking that we’re not saying the truth. Booking confirmed us that the changes to the description can be done only by the owners, so we were deceived and Josipa was not helpful, actually was lying. One additional thing, that is not owner’s fault but something you need be prepare for – outside the window in the bigger room and the main room, there is just someone else’s garden and those people keeping young, big dog in a cage, he cried day and night asking for someone’s company, this is really heartbreaking and sad. The place is not bad if you are prepared for small square, it’s clean. We were expecting more help from Josipa and money refund, at least 40% since we just paid for something that doesn’t exist.

The communication with Josipa was great,she was super friendly and helpful sharing all needed information! We also got tips about good spots around Zadar which we really appreciated! The place itself was super clean with great amenities! The appartment really looks as nice as on pictures!! It just does not have any outside space but we did not mind at all as you have beach just 5min away. If you are in Zadar,dont hesitate to book appartment Nemo!!!

This stylish little property looked just like the photographs and was spotlessly clean. Bijou, but very well equipped in a safe, older part of Zadar within 15 minutes walk of the sandy Kolovare beach and 25 minutes walk to all the major sights in old Zadar town. We felt very much at home and would thoroughly recommend it.

We were a family with 2 teenagers. The second bedroom was a little small so would most suit 2 couples or small families.
