The staff was always pleasant and helpful

Poor cleaning service, I swore one of the beds in my apartment did not have a fresh set of sheet and comforter. Shower and toilet was too small. I had to call the front desk a couple of times to have clean towels.

Staffs are super nice, location is great. Only thing I’m not used to is smell of cigarettes in the room

Good location for the market, the exchanged our money

No one speaks English, room and hallways smell like smoke (we booked non smoking) no one helped with our luggage, the bed only had one pillow per person (duck feathers that pinch one), breakfast was very average and no one refilled or checked for example butter was out,

whenever you call the reception,they don’t answer…you have to call at least three times if you need anything …it’s not the standard of Marriott and this is not what the guest expect from…and the breakfast is deadly…very less varieties…I would say Hampton by Hilton,which is 3 km far from here.,were I moved to after 2 days of check inn…
