Great view of the Bay!

Carpet was stained and needs to be removed. There was 4 of us and only had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per bathroom for our 4 day stay. Overall it was a nice place!

Let’s start with the outside - location is far enough away from the heart, to not have to deal with a whole lot of traffic. It is so quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the gulf beach and right on the bayside. Very close to grocery and dining! Overall, GREAT LOCATION! Now inside - great utilization of space. Loved that it had a full kitchen. Nicely updated bathrooms and comfortable living room and master bedroom furniture. Decor was minimal but very tasteful and all rooms had a nice size TV. We loved that there was a washer and dryer!!

Overall - both in and out - this place isn’t very handicap accessible. I injured myself 3 weeks before vacation and had to use a wheelchair and walker. The grounds are super cracked and uneven, the doorways are tiny and you can not fit inside them without turning sideways - the HUGE thumbs down - NO RAMPS to the outdoor pool area. I was either drug up the grassy side of the hill or hopped up and down slippery stairs. This was a super inconvenience and honestly, left me feeling a bit embarrassed. I was always a spectacle. Inside - the condo still has carpet which feels gross and is stained. It’s time to rip that out!! We didn’t like that there was a pull out couch but no warning that there wasn’t any extra bedding provided for that. Water pressure was an island the mattress in the second bedroom was horribly uncomfortable.

Not clean. Carpet dirty. Screen on back off. Fans were to dirty to even cut on
