Spacious and close to the beach.

Pool needed attention. Trash at pool had not been emptied. Overall needed attention. Kitchen not well stocked.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT - easy access to the beach and town!! We LOVED the location and space offered in the unit. There was 11 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The living, dining and kitchen layout were perfect for all of us to eat and hang out together. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water for showers and laundry. The dining room table was large enough for all us to play games at night. Having our own pool to use throughout the week was really great!!

It was a little disappointing at first to realize that the pool was shared by two units. (I probably should have realized that from the pics, but for some reason I missed that detail.) Luckily, we were able to work out pool usage with our neighbors because its a small pool for our group of 11 and their group of 10(?). All but two of the white lounge type chairs at the pool were broken, so we pulled all the chairs off the balconies in order to set by the pool. There was no grill for our unit, our neighbors gave us theirs. They got a new one for their unit - I'm not sure if they bought it themselves or if it was provided to them. Lastly, there was only one travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap per bathroom and only 4 rolls of toilet paper for the entire house to use. There was only 4 bath towels in the whole unit when we checked in on Saturday and were unable to reach anyone about it until Monday, so we used our beach towels until then. Again, not a big deal. Overall, it seemed the house wasn't stocked very well stocked with the basics considering how much money we paid for the week. This could be something as simple as a housekeeping issue as there was some areas in the house that looked like they hadn't been deep cleaned in awhile. The bathrooms, kitchen and bedding were clean - no complaints there!!
