Location, host, facilities.
The host don't speak English, so it was a liitle bit difficult to comunicate. But, anyway the host made all possibility and we comunicated via web translator.
Just a comment: restaurants good are in Poznan around 6 km far away. Nearby we didn't found any restaurants.

Very well equipped, comfortable, clean apartment, with comfortable beds, coffee, tea, mineral water in the room and in the shared kitchen, 🍬 🙂 Dear hosts, everything was smooth. The accommodation is on the outskirts of Poznan, in a quiet side street, the bus stop is just around the corner towards the city centre. I will stay here again if I visit Poznan. 🙂 I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I like the place, very calm and clean. The owner is very good. There are supermarkets and restaurants near in the apartment.
The hotel apartment is nice, cleaned, well organized. The owner is considerate and kind. I'll recommend this apartment.

I got the premium room as a "gift" and I absolutely loved it. A lot of appliances in the room and in the kitchen outside, as well. Very comfortable bed, TV with netflix, good wifi, ample balcony. And everything was super clean. I couldn't ask for anything better. Would love to come on Summer. It's perfect for families.
The location is not the best, but the buses come quite often and connect it with the center.
