Fully equipped kitchen, big room and clean bathroom.

The location is closed to the train station, however, it’s not the best place to stay as outside of the apartment looks old and I won’t say it’s a very safe place if you just arrived Napoli, a pickpocket tried to open my backpack around 200-300 meters away from the guest house.

The room was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Antonella was super helpful with everything throughout our stay. She made sure that we had a pleasant holiday.

The location of the rooms is a bit dodgy, especially when dark falls. We haven't experienced any bad incident, but it should be noticed down.

Very clean space. We met Antonella and and she tidied up the room everyday for us. She also shared many tips about the city, restaurants etc…

It was particularly written that each unit has a kitchen and it wasn't right. The kitchen is shared and so is the table to eat (a sort of bar table at the shared kitchen). In addition, it was written that the apartment has city landscape and it is not the true. No reason to reveal the the kitchen is shared after arriving to the apartment

In terms of proximity to the historical center and a ton of restaurants, shops, cafés, bars, pizzerias etc the location is great. It's about a 20-30 minute walk from Via Toledo and it's a straight shot - almost no turns in any direction, just straight ahead and you are constantly walking within the historical center. Napoli Centrale, Piazza Garibaldi Train Station and Napoli Porta Nolana Train Station are also very close by. The amenities were also great. The kitchen is shared, but it's loaded with anything you might need (plates, mugs etc). Antonella even left us some fruit and other condiments free of charge, as well as coffee for the coffee maker, which was very nice of her to do. She was very easy to communicate with, waited for us in front of the building when we were arriving and even started walking towards the train station and found us along the way. She showed us how everything works, made us aware of some house rules and was very welcoming. Everything was clean, there was enough space for everything and the design of the room itself is also very nice.

In terms of the type of neighbourhood that it's in, the location isn't perfect. Some locals might tell you to "keep your bags in front of you when walking in this part of the city" (this actually happened to us), so being careful and mindful of your belongings is a must. HOWEVER,

Everything is perfect. Antonella she reacts quickly and helped very well even doesn't speak English. Kitchen and coffee machine are good. They always keep juice and fruits as complementary for guests.

The streets outside are bit scary n unsafe at night times. It didn't bother me much as the streets outside big railway stations are all like this.

However , the streets arround were very dirty and a bit scary. I do not recommend the place because of that for families with small children

Everything was great, the hall has an espresso machine, a fridge and a kitchen that can be used by the guests. The room is perfect and has a private bathroom, perfectly suitable for a couple or a small family. It was an overall great stay.

A really nice place in a top location! The room has a decent size, the kitchen is well equipped, the furnishing is in good style, the location is top (directly next to the station) and the booking overall has been a great value for money. Definitely recommendable!

We spent most of the time exploring the city and only used it for sleeping. And for that it was just perfect. Location - Near the train station, walkable distance to different parts of city. Very friendly owner. We had a language barrier but she used translate apps and everything worked. For communication with the host we used WhatsApp and she contacted us even before our trip started :D. We felt very welcome. We had a late check in (at extra cost) and everything went smoothly. Room was very clean and quite spacious for 3 separate beds. There was room for our luggage and enough room to move around. Kitchen had everything needed - cups, classes, sliverware etc. There was also coffeemaker, coffee and tea stocked.

Could have been few hooks in the bathroom to hang up you towels. Kitchen is communal between 2 flats - but we knew it and we accepted it when we chose to stay in the property. So not really a problem but just a reminder.

Amazing. We arrived late but we were received with time and a huge smile. The bedroom was great. We want to return for sure.

Everything was great

been business for my company. the house is great for working and entertaining conference calls, very comfortable, close to old town and all public transport, in front to the main station of Naples.

what did I like about this house? the correct question would be "what didn't you like"? Antonella is incredible. he welcomed and pampered me as at home, preparing me a welcome cake and a thousand indications for the city of Naples which is wonderful. Thanks yet.

Very nice room with great details. The rain shower was great and everything was comfortable and lovely- even with a shared kitchen to make your own meal :)
