The house was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We had a small problem with one shower and it was fixed in a short period of time Marrit, the property manager, was very helpful. It was unseasonably hot and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was clean and well maintained but be warned the pool has no shade. We would be happy to return

Wonderful property close to snorkeling! Pool was great, plenty of hot water and plenty of sun! Host was responsive to our needs! Can’t wait to return next year!!

Great house for families or groups

This home and location was perfect for our family vacation. Easy access to Boca Catalina for snorkeling, Arashi Beach and California Lighthouse!

From the initial booking, Anneke and Marrit were incredible to work with. Marrit stopped by and visited the first day we were there to give us some island tips and restaurant recommendations. Anneke stopped by on our last day to say hello - what lovely women! The outdoor area of the home was clean and beautifully landscaped. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there. Beach chairs, towels, snorkels were all provided. We used the grill twice with no issues at all. The constant breeze of the island made the 90+ temperatures more than tolerable. The interior of the house was clean. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner, as well as an air conditioner in the main living space. The kitchen was well equipped for anything we needed. The beverage fridge helped save space in the main fridge. The guys in our group enjoyed the originial Nintendo game system! Each bedroom had an en-suite full bathroom which was a lifesaver when traveling with 5 couples! Bath and bed linens were provided. The washer and dryer were a great touch for us to wash our beach towels during the week. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. Within walking distance was Boca Cantina - an incredible beach with amazing sunset views. Early morning snorkeling let us see some very beautiful sea turtles! Arashi Beach and the beach shack were a few minute walk - great place for lunch and drinks! We would book this house again in a heartbeat - not a single issue whatsoever!

Lovely clean home with everything we needed for us and 3 adult children. Bedrooms all comfortable each with own bathroom. Kitchen well appointed and comfortable seating area. Appreciated variety of tv viewing options. Pool was amazing, and so helpful to have beach chairs provided, as well as tons of beach towels! Literally steps from the beach as advertised, and a quick walk to beautiful Arashi Beach. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were quick to respond and helpful with recommendations. A wonderful location for our family getaway!

This place is in walking distance to 5 beaches, amazing snorkeling and soft white sand. Home is just the right size for us and 5 bathrooms make it easy. Pool is very nice to have after a day at the beach. I would say the place could use some upkeep and renovations. Everything worked fine but there are some dated furnishings/appointments, etc. The granite counter is cracked end to end and cabinets and such are dated. We also wished the "master bedroom" had more storage for clothes (another dresser would work great). Other than that, my family and friends all had a wonderful time. Marit was our host (Anneke's daughter) and she was delightful and helpful when needed. We rented a car starting on Tuesday and that helped a lot rather than taking 2 cabs somewhere, our van sat 9+ people. Marit had some nice recommendations for just about everything and sat with us for a while when we arrived and got us acquainted. I would not use the "shopping" service for groceries again. They only got about 1/2 the stuff we wanted and we ended up going right back to store the next day by cab and got everything we wanted so not sure if the store just had a bad shopper or they were out of stock that one day, which I doubt, this store is huge Anyway, great place, great people, I would rent from them again.

What a fabulous vacation! The house is beautiful, comfortable and in a perfect location ! We spent our days at Arashi beach - a very short walk away. Anneke and her daughter were so friendly and responsive - thank you ladies! We can’t wait to come back!!!

The house and grounds were amazing. We spent every minute either on the pool or at the Arashi Beach shack and beach. It was a perfect location. Anneke was amazing help with connecting us to an in home chef and taxi services, as well as someone to deliver our groceries. Amazing experience

Our experience was great. The property management was excellent. All questions answered and made us feel at home.

We stayed at this property with family friends. Our party was a mix of adults and teenagers. The house was as pictured and perfect for our needs. We had everything we needed for our stay to include a washer/dryer, drink fridge and beach towels. The pool was perfect for an after-beach plunge! Steps away from snorkeling at Boca Catalina and a short, 5 minute walk to Arashi. Anneke was super responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The caretaker, Anneke, was very responsive & accommodating. The house was perfect for our family getaway with 3 couples & 4 little kids. We look forward to coming back year after year!

We booked this property for our annual couples trip. We have 4 couples in our group. The check-in was super easy considering each couple arrived at the property at a different time. Having each bedroom with its own bathroom was really nice! The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed, a little low on tp and paper towel but those were minor. The sitting area was great for watching the World Cup games that were on. The guys even got into the nostalgia of playing the mini Nintendo that was available while waiting for us girls to get ready for dinner. The outdoor area was great for hanging out during the day and at night! It’s so close to the pool that it was easy to have people in both areas and still be together. There was someone who came twice to clean the pool while we were there for a week. That was really nice! The location is great for beach goers. Bocca Beach and Arashi Beach are both within walking distance. The only restaurant (use that term loosely) that is walkable is the Arashi Beach Shack. It’s great for watching the sunset but not the best food. The light house is walkable but the restaurant up there is pretty fancy so probably wouldn’t want to walk there. Plenty of beach towels and floats for the pool. Also the owner stopped by mid week to see how we were doing, which was a nice surprise. She also helped us find some transportation for our departure. My only suggestion is maybe an umbrella out by the pool. The pool gets great sun but it gets very hot and even the pavement gets hot on your feet. An umbrella to sit under would be nice to get out of the sun but stay by the pool. Overall, we would definitely rent this property again!

This was a great home in a great location. Booked the home for a girls trip and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The pool and outdoor space were wonderful and the home is just a 5 minute walk to Arashi beach. Our host was great with communication and even stopped by to welcome us the morning after our arrival. I would def book again.

Nice place, clean and right next to beach

My wife and I were joined by a brother-in-law and my two daughters and their boyfriends. The house gave us plenty of room and individual privacy. The kitchen was ideal for cooking breakfast before we started the day enjoying the island and beach. All of the facilities were as advertised. The nearness to Arashi beach was great. I would highly recommend this property for a group of 5 couples. The pool proved enjoyable in the evening.

This is a great house in an amazing location-2 minutes from the best snorkeling beach, 5 minutes from Arashi beach. The house is well appointed, the pool fabulous, and the house space provided privacy for everyone in our group! We will be back!

Overall this is a great property, the agent was amazing and responsive. HUGE home and the pool was wonderful! two min walk to the best snorkeling and beaches.

We had 10 family members and the house was perfect. A short walk to GREAT snorkeling!!!!!!!!!

The house was perfect for Adult friends and family. Thumbs UP to Anneke, the manager, for being very responsive. We each had our own bedroom with separate showers (nice hot water in the showers but kitchen sink took a while to get hot). Large and small Refrigerator were empty and no coffee but this should be expected anywhere so just make fist stop at SuperFoods. Note, buy your alcohol at the airport since it is very expensive elsewhere on the island. House was clean and nothing major to complain about. AC throughout house worked great but with island breeze, we even turned it off in the evening. Wonderful place and I would definitely stay again. Location excellent. Swimming beach (Arashi) 10 min walk. Snorkeling beach (Boca Cataan) 5 min walk. Some very minor items which we conveyed to Anneke ----Dishwasher worked but has seen better days. Some may not like wicker chairs but they were in good condition and honestly we spent more time eating out. Notified Anneke of outside chairs broken and she stopped by to make sure they didn't need immediate replacement. Several pair of flippers were provided but only one was useful since the straps were missing or broken. That said, you can easily snorkel but bring solid bottom water shoes since most snorkeling areas are rocky when you initially enter the water Essentials for the beach such as chairs and towels were provided. Snorkeling masks were there but we had brought our own anyway.
