Affitto vacanze Atlantic Beach, Carolina del Nord (livello inferiore con ingresso indipendente / privato). Nuova costruzione. Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e mobili. 2 letto / 2 bagni. 1 regina, 1 cuccetta (gemello superiore, fondo pieno). Lenzuola e asciugamani inclusi. Cucina e tana di buone dimensioni. Smart TV in tutte le stanze. Wi-Fi. Lavasciuga. Seggiolone, passeggino e PackNPlay disponibili. 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e passeggino da spiaggia disponibili per portare tutti i tuoi bisogni sulla sabbia. Doccia esterna. Bel cortile recintato per far giocare i bambini. Disponibili Cornhole, Bocce Ball e Ladder Ball. Marina con rampa barca dall'altra parte della strada. Situato in posizione strategica vicino al Fort Macon State Park, al molo di pesca Oceananna, ai ristoranti locali, ai negozi e al parco cittadino con skate board, putt-putt, splash pad e molto altro. NC Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium a poche miglia lungo l'isola. Morehead City e Beaufort waterfronts e attrazioni proprio di fronte al ponte. Shark Shack, Monkey Bar and Grill, Amos Mosquitos, Roma's Pizza e Island Grill sono solo alcuni sull'isola. C'è anche un cinema nel centro commerciale Food Lion. Fort Macon è in fondo alla nostra strada. Bar e locali musicali locali. Grandi negozi nel centro di Morehead e Beaufort. Ci sono anche traghetti che partono da Morehead City, Beaufort e Harker's Island da e per l'isola di Shackleford (cavalli selvaggi e caccia alle conchiglie), Cape Lookout National Seashore che include il faro di Cape Lookout e gli edifici storici, Sand Dollar Island e Rachel Carson Reserve . updated mattresses needed- I was in pain each morning when I woke up & my daughter woke up with her back hurting also (from a different bed) and moved to a bunk bed room the next night. My bedsheet upon arrival was dirty/many hairs on it, owners didn’t respond. All other things we loved, well maintained. Great location and loved the backyard.

The house was nicely appointed with beach theme, and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having plenty of dishes and silverware! It was a short walk to a nice pavilion with restrooms and outdoor shower at the beach. We had seven for overnight, but had additional family for the day. We met the owners who were very nice as well. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our little dog. Overall a great week at the beach!

It was perfect. We loved it! The original house we had booked was canceled because it was sold. Being Big Rock Week it was tough finding something else. Thank goodness for Teresa and Doug working with us. After staying here we are so thankful the other house sold and our reservation was canceled. It’s convenient, clean, short walk to the beach, fenced in back yard for our fur babies. I could live in this home. Thanks for sharing your rental property with us. It was fabulous!

Last minute booking for memorial weekend. The place was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. location was a short 3 minute walk to the beach. Fenced backyard was wonderful for evening time corn hole or making s'mores at the fireplace. Our french bulldog loved the back yard as well! House was very clean and comfortable for our group of 5. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Our stay was the first vacation for us in four years, and we're tremendously thankful for our good fortune in choosing this beautiful home in AB. It's perfectly located for quiet times and active alike; everything is within 5-10 minutes. The beach is a short walk. The owners are helpful and friendly, and provide a fabulous "home away from home" and a fenced yard to boot. We hope to be back...but not have to wait four years!

During our stay we enjoyed the space between the three bedrooms. With an 8 year old and a one year old it was nice to have our own space where we enjoyed quiet. House very clean and updated. We enjoyed using the available cart on our trips walking to the beach. The outdoor shower was nice to rinse out excess sand in swimsuits. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for our family vacation. It was located on the "quiet" side of Atlantic Beach, with was perfect for us, but everything was just a short drive away. Good size kitchen for our family meals. Nice backyard for our dogs. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

My family had a wonderful time at the beach. The house is so beautiful and clean. We also enjoyed the fenced-in yard. The area was very quiet and family friendly. We made mini visits to areas such as Morehead City and Beaufort. We also purchased fresh seafood from the market and cooked in the well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend!!! You will be so glad you visited!! We did not want to leave and would love to come back soon!!

Lovely, comfortable home a few minutes walk from beach access! The fenced in backyard was a perfect spot for morning coffee, outdoor dinner and our dogs loved it! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood… mostly vacationing families! Will definitely go back!!

Fantastic place about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The best part is the large backyard, deck and privacy fence. Every in the house seemed brand new and very functional and clean. Cot hole and beach equipment comes with the place adding a nice touch- also allows you to only have to pack the necessities. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great April weekend stay in the clean, fresh, easy accessible ground floor rental. Seemless checkin with key code and Doug and Teresa were accessible and accommodating. Originally booked for 6 and a dog but our plans changed last minute and there were just three of us. Would have easily accommodated all of us allowing teens to spread out and all of us to have our own spaces for down time! Outdoor area was great and easy for the dog. Doug and Teresa were upstairs while we were there. Although I could occasionally hear them moving around from time to time it wasn't a bother at all. However it did make my dog anxious and I felt terrible he was barking. Teresa assured me it wasn't a bother at all. Starter paper towels, TP and soap were much appreciated! Closet with beach stuff available although we didn't use. Do note only two cars allowed if that is an issue for you. Overall we had a great stay and I won't hesitate to book again whenever we return to AB.

This place was Awesome! From the moment you walk in, you can tell that the property owner has spent a lot of time and effort making the place feel like home. Probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed at Atlantic Beach. If the owners aren’t cleaning it themselves then they need to give the cleaners number to some people. The rooms were spacious and the bedrooms were far apart enough so that little noises didn’t wake everyone. Backyard and patio was my favorite part of the house. We brought a dog so it was nice to hang out in a fenced in back yard with grass so close to the beach. Beach Cart and beach gear were life savers. Area was nice and check in check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

For me, top priority when renting a property is cleanliness, a bathroom for each bedroom, quality amenities, pet friendly and location…. this property met each of those priorities!! the property owners were very nice and checked in to make sure everything was going well. i would certainly recommend this pet friendly property to anyone. Excellent fenced in back yard with a nice deck area with seating and fire pit!!

Perfect vacation spot
The house is absolutely amazing. Very spacious, comfortable , clean and conveniently located near the beach. The outside shower, beach buggy, chairs, and umbrella were very helpful. Teresa and Doug were incredible. They made us feel very welcoming and thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Best rental experience we have ever had.

Spacious and Close to the Beach
The house was very nice. It was a lot bigger than some of the houses close by, and it did not feel cramped. It was very close to the beach and convenient access to the town.
