Very comfortable place and well equipped. Enjoyed the trails to walk on. Quiet place, min to no noise between units. Only negative was check in. Email had wrong gate code to get in at the start of email and different code later in email. Caused difficulty getting in. Called but no response till we emailed next day. No further issues

We choose this location because of the reviews. While it is in Turtle Bay resort, you do need to drive to get to the actual resort if you are carrying items to the beach. The listing states a/c. There is a/c, however, it is a small window unit that took 24 hours to make it fairly comfortable on the lower level. The loft stayed quite warm the entire time, which is where the bed is.
The room was very clean and the added beach gear was greatly appreciated. There are really nice beaches nearby and plenty of food along the road if you don’t want to eat at the resort.

Unit was small and not well equipped for prepping and cooking meals. Property managers gave us an outdated code for the entry gate. We couldn't get the TV to work, had issues with the volume level being stuck and property managers took over 24 hours to respond. Bathroom is located downstairs, Toilet paper was "see-thru", upstairs bedroom loft ceiling was so low that neither of us could walk upright. Washer/dryer had a warning sign on it about the lint trap having to have water in it yet no instructions as to how to do this, plus it was too tall for me to reach, so we didn't use it.

This rental was perfect for my husband and I for a stay for our anniversary. The unit was clean and well stocked, and any questions we had for the host were answered promptly. We would stay here again. Mahalo!

This apartment is as near as you can get to the Turtle Bay Gate and thus, has the very easiest access to the main road.There was nobody to greet us, but the back up details given worked perfectly well.The apartment is spacious, well maintained, extremely clean and a credit to both owners and housekeepers. The furnishings and equipment are of very good specification.The mezzanine bedroom is good and with a very comfortable bed. If 6’ or more in height, be wary of banging your head as you reach the top of the stairs (I did and repeatedly).If I was to visit the N Shore again, then I would most certainly seek to stay in this apartment.There was a leak through the roof after torrential rain on the very last morning. Maintenance were around within 20 minutes, albeit they could only capture the water drip whilst waiting to inspect further when the weather improved!

1st timers to Hawaii, we loved the north shore, people and beaches!
The condo was great, bumped my head in the loft bedroom a few times lol and would probabely get a balcony next time to enjoy the evenings.

We absolutely loved our stay! The mid-century vibe of the space was very nice and homey and VERY clean and well-organized. The amenities were top notch (luxury bath products, soft robes, etc…) and the extra touches were SO appreciated! The property managers were incredibly helpful and communicative! We can’t recommend this stay strongly enough! 10/10!

Great stay!
We loved our stay here. The condo was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, which is a must while on vacation. Although we didn’t use the beach towels and beach gear, it’s nice that they are supplied. It’s a bonus that not all condos have. We have stayed in many different condos here and I believe this was the most comfortable.

Cute condo at Turtle Bay
The condo is stylish, clean and perfect for two! The property manager was responsive and lovely—checking in and out was a breeze. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware. The available beach chairs and towels, fins and snorkels were a nice bonus. Beachfront trails at the resort make delightful hikes. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay again.

North Shore Turtle Bay
The property is located next to Turtle Bay Resort. This is perfect to access the resort for the beach, excellent restaurants and golf. If you are tall, the loft area where the bed is located is about 4 feet tall when you stand up to get out of bed. You will hit your head a few times before you are used to it. The bed is a standard double. Not very comfortable. Pillows and sheets could be upgraded for more comfort.

What a beautiful place
Take more pictures of the bathroom cause I was worried it wouldn't be nice and it was very nice. Also maybe have a picture of the layout of the apartment. Great price. How much to rent it for a year?

Great place for 2 people. It was about a ten min walk to the beach. Unfortunately the resort was shut down for renovation while we were there. We look forward to coming back when everything is opened up!

When we arrived there were several roaches dead and stuck to the floor. I know it was vey warm for Hawaii nut it took until Midnight the first night for the loft to become cool enough to sleep in. We had to keep the AC running constantly to be able to keep the loft cool enough to go to sleep by 9pm. We did try cutting it off again to try to conserve electricity but had the same results. The lamp on the right side of the sofa didn't have a knob to turn it on. Overall the place was nice.

Stressed out waiting to get in
To whom it may concern
We were in contact with our property manager Diana Novoselic the day we were supposed to move in.The next morning I texted her and requested an early check in.I didn't hear back.I went to the gate to get buzzed in at the right time and still no answer.I had to get another car to back out that was behind me.I tried again an hour later but still no answer and backed away from the gate again.I ended up going back to Turtle Bay and calling VRBO until my cell phone died.I texted Diana again with my wife's cell phone and then used the hotels landline to call VRBO.After being on hold for 15 minutes the elusive Diana calls my wife's cell phone and tells us that she had a bad day.Well we did too .I was just about to ask them to check us in when Diana called.I found the instruction sheet given to us was very confusing .Diana was supposed to open the gate when we put the code in and we weren't given the lock box number.This is our first and last experience with VRBO.We were very happy with the accommodations.

Very clean, very comfortable, we were there for three nights. Everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable was provided. The restaurants at Turtle Bay were great. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to see on the North Shore.

Our stay was very last minute. The place we had originally booked turned out to be less than we expected and we found this property the morning that we checked in. They had a last minute cancellation and could accommodate us. The property manager was exceptionally helpful and answered all of my emails and text messages promptly. The place was exactly as pictured, very well maintained and pristine. It was a short walk to the beach and had access to hiking trails that we enjoyed. The Turtle Bay resort had many wonderful restaurants but the kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to eat in most nights. Should we return to Oahu at some point we would definitely stay here again.

Great Week at Turtle Bay
This rental was the perfect size. I was a single traveler with friends staying across the way in Turtle Bay East Condos. It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The washer wasn’t working, so that was a bummer. However, the cleaning contact there picked up my clothes and did a few loads of wash for me. Then, when she brought it back, I was able to dry it at the condo. I also felt very safe as a single traveler in the complex. People were very friendly and it was well lit and maintained. My friends and I are talking about making this an annual trip, so I will definitely try to make sure I can rent this unit again if/when I go back.
