Un appartamento spiaggia perfetta, 7-10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e fuori di una delle strade principali di Budva dove è vivace con le persone, circondato da negozi di alimentari, panetterie, ristoranti e caffetterie.
L'appartamento è pulito, minimalista e luminoso. Ci sono tre camere da letto, due con letti singoli e una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto queen size. Il nostro bagno ha una doccia walk-in e pavimento in piastrelle per mantenere fresco durante i caldi mesi estivi. Abbiamo fatto in modo di includere tutti i servizi necessari nel nostro appartamento per rendere il vostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante!

Wunderbare Zeit in Budva
Wir haben die Tage in Budva sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super, man ist nicht im Touri-Getto , es gibt nette Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Der Balkon, der zu der Wohnung gehört, ist wunderbar. Riesengross und wir wurden von Katzen und sogar einmal von einem Igel besucht. Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles da was man braucht. Klare Empfehlung!

Gross aber sehr unsauber und beschädigt
Liegt zwar sehr gut und ist sehr geräumig. Allerdings muss ich wirklich sagen das ich mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr unzufrieden war, vorallem im Bad. Die Matratze beim Doppelbett war nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen, Flecken über Flecken. Dazu waren bei allen Betten der Lattenrost stark beschädigt. Das Doppelbett ist kurz vor dem Zusammenbruch. Den Balkon mussten wir am ersten Tag sofort selbst reinigen, da unmengen an Vogelscheisse( konnte in dem Zustand nicht betreten werden). Vom
Treppenhaus ganz abgesehen ist die Ferienwohung leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Appartement conforme a la description sobre et fonctionnel
Appartement très bien situé 10 mns a pied de la station centrale des bus, 10 mns a pied du bord de mer, 20 mns a pied de la vieille ville. Supermarche, boulangeries, restaurants, commerces a 2 mns tout en étant très calme. Nous avons aimé et nous le recommandons. Nous sommes un couple et leur fille. La terrasse est très appreciable.

Lovely big, clean apartment
From before our arrival, the owners, Ramona and Dusan, were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful with everything we needed - and this continued throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival at how wonderful the apartment was, it was bigger than we expected and the terrace is perfect to spend evenings on and even for breakfast. We had almost no issues, the ones we did encounter were fixed the same day. The kitchen was fully equipped - far more so than we expected. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to visiting again.
