The unit was in a nice area with an easy walk to the Power and Light District. The apartment was clean and had excellent instructions on where to park and how to enter the building. We got a parking spot directly in front of the building. I would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful loft. It was spacious, airy, and stocked with everything we could need. Our host, Olivia, was extremely accomodating as well. I would definitely stay here, or any of their other properties, again!

My neice and I traveled to Kansas City to attend a concert. The property was easy to find. The instructions we received to check in were very accurate and east to follow. The loft was very clean and neat. It was very well appointed and decorated. It was very peaceful and we felt safe. During our stay my neice found a couple of cute restaurants to walk to. We also ortdered pizza delivery at 11:30! We drove to shopping. We ubered back and forth to the concert. Check out was a breeze. Our host was in contact the entire stay. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting Kansas City and this property again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Pleasant stay in a nice location. The owners were very responsive and assisted with our luggage drop off.

5 of us stayed in 2 apartments. Apartments were very nice looking and clean. Location to Power and Lights was excellent. Communication with owner(manager) was easy. rooftop deck was the best part... we played cornhole. Would definitely recommend.

This cozy loft is close to everything downtown. We went to a concert at the Folley Theatre and it was close enough to walk. The loft has comfortable beds. (Any type pillow you could want) and soft, silky sheets. The appliances in the kitchen are so nice it made me want to cook a meal. The security is good and the place was very clean. I highly recommend.

Communicating with Olivia, leading up to my and during my weekend in KC was seamless. The place was in a great location, clean with all the amenities to make my stay cozy. Definitely recommend it!

Highly recommend this property if staying in downtown Kansas City. Great location with easy access to a variety of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Check in process was very simple. The hosts are very communicative both before and during your stay. The loft had plenty of space and all accessories needed for a weekend trip. I'll definitely look to stay here again!

This is a great location that is within walking distance to many attractions. Check-in was extremely easy & she was very responsive when I reached out through email. She even called me to make I had received her response. Everything was very clean and the bed was comcomfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Moreover, it is within walking distance of many places, including free transportation that will take you to the main city attractions.

A great place to stay for our visit to KC. Nice clean condo at a great convenient location. Local manager checked in with us to see if we settled ok and was very responsive. Definitely will stay here again!

We came in town for a wedding downtown. We needed to stay an extended amount of days and did not want to stay at the hotel. This location was perfect! Close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal. Parking was super easy. Highly recommend!

It was very beautiful place and very safe. We only had an issue getting in our room but the host contacted me a minute after I messaged for help and fixed the issue right then and there. It was a very easy and safe walk to the convention center. I like that you had to have a code to get into the building and rooms. We loved that they provided the shampoo, conditioner, and body was for the shower. It was great not having to get our own. The place was beautiful and updated.The only cons I would have to say is that there is no windows in the main living area so you have no idea if it is day or night. There is a window in each of the bedrooms though. My other con would be that I couldn't change the temperature but I understand. Otherwise it was a great stay and I will definitely try to book it again next year!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. We found it comfortable and easy to access. Jimmy Johns was right next store and very convenient. The beds are cozy and the apartment was quiet.

The apartment is better than pictured, the location is amazing and the host was very responsive and helpful.

The unit was clean and up to date. The check in was a breeze. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. Plenty of dishes, pans & even a wine opener. We didn’t need a washer & dryer but there is a set there. There is a blow dryer in the bathroom. All the rooms had a tv. I have to say my only complaint was we couldn’t figure out how to cook without setting off the fire alarm. We could hear some outside street noise but that doesn’t bother us. The Light District is in walking distance. A lot of fun party spots in walking distance. We were able to navigate KC easily from this unit and relatively a short drive. The unit manager responded quickly to all questions & very helpful. We definitely will stay here again.

Excellent location. Easy check in. Unfortunately the street noise enters the bedrooms as if the windows are wide open. Cars, trucks, even conversations from the street. We did not sleep. Thicker windows needed perhaps?

The property was very nice and clean. Nicer in person than the pictures show. It had everything you would need, beds were comfortable. Had a real downtown vibe, rooftop was a nice bonus. We didn’t need our car, parked in the lot down the block for $10/day. Easy to walk to everything, good bars and restaurants a short walk away. Power and light district was neat, 15 min walk. KC is very hilly but can hop on a bird scooter, there were many throughout the area. Also easy to UBER. Overall highly recommended, would definitely stay again! Thanks.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at Quality Hill. The loft was very clean and exactly as advertised. Nice kitchen and appliances, and the bathroom shower was awesome! Location-wise it was an easy walk down to the P&L and to the City Market. Would definitely stay here again!
