The location is great and the flat is quiet so can sleep well. They were flexible about leaving the luggage before check in time and after check out time.

There was no hot water after 2 minutes, so I could not even wash my hair and my friend could not have a shower at all. One of the plugs was not working and as there is no heating, just electric heater this caused some problems. There was no duvet, so we had to use 5 blankets together at night which was heavy and uncomfortable. The flat was not clean at all. The shelves in the bathroom had dust on it and the floors were dirty, especially in the corners (very visibly). There was only 1 towel) person, not even a hand towel, let alone talking about a shower mat, which since the shower leaks made the bathroom very dangerous to slip. There was no shower gel or shampoo, just a hand soap. In the shower there was hanging an extra shower tube. There was no sponge or wash up liquid to clean the dishes, which cannot be expected from the guests to buy when day stay just 1 or few nights.
