A hotel that has everything Except for the good staff We had room issues and came down to ask to change as soon as we saw the room. The staff is not helpful. no problem question There was only a refusal. We do not see the kindness of the receptionist at all. We feel very bad that we chose to stay here.

The value for money.

Seems like the staff have some odd rules. For example, asked for a towel to take to the beach. Said I can grab one from the top floor by myself. Asked for a wakeup on different occasions, got it once. Just small things, but in the grand scheme I think some more service minded ideas could benefit your hotel.

Room was big and the view is amazing. Pretty much can hear everything outside or up stair, didn’t have a good sleep but overall is okay.

every night from 5am to 6am starts loudly music outside, so we couldn't sleep this hour( And breakfast was completed at 10am. We couldn't sleep any way, and couldn’t relax in this hotel(

The buffet breakfast, sea view and service is sensational. I highly recommend this Hotel A+++++

Sea view room is best

We got a free upgrade, the windows were huge allowing for great views of the beach and the pool great.

The staff did not seem interested, the breakfast food was very poor for westerners and the restaurant extremely quiet. We had trouble getting what we wanted from the bar even tho we pointed to it on the menu.

Just about everything! The view from the balcony is superb and within sight of the local Buddhist temple and Statue of Lady Buddha in the distance. Super clean, super quiet and the overhead shower in our room was divine !! I would definitely stay here again if they get their pool fixed.The breakfast menu was light on the western cuisine, and I would say it is more like a brunch menu with plenty of Vietnamese and Asian choices.

I had to fix the LG TV ,( mind you everything was in Vietnamese) to get it out of Demo mode and you couldn't get rid of the vietnamese sub titles,they had that option locked. I would have liked to have seen more English speaking stations,you only really have HBO and Cinemax, no Netflix and hard coded Vietnamese sub titles are annoying. The pool was still closed with an "opening" date of 18 April 2023. ( And it's been broke for over 1 month ) They offer you 30% off room service and the bar but it doesn't really compensate for the loss of the rooftop pool ( which would be cleaner then the beach/ocean ) they are advertising with the hotel. If you are planning a stay and looking for a pool ask them ahead of time if the pool is operational so you don't get blindsided by finding out it's still broke. The only thing I would really like to recommend to the property is a foot wash station so you can leave the beach sand outside instead of having to bring it inside and use the shower in your room to rinse your feet/sandals off.

The rooms were huge, right on the beach, clean and with a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast was Elegant and had a huge spread. Took care of Vegetarian requests. The staff was fluent in English, and were helpful and advised us on timings and where to go. They arranged a bike at very reasonable rates to explore the city. The also helped us on getting us taxi and Tour operators as per requirements. Provided us Cloak room facility and area to freshen up for a early checkin.

Could provide more drinking water

The rooms were beautiful and the view is unbeatable. The location was great as there is nothing better than waking up and seeing the ocean each morning.

The room service and bar closes a bit too early in the evening.

The view from the rooms is just perfect, wall size windows with view to the ocean and the sunrise makes every morning a bit better. Staff is very friendly and the prices are good for the quality of the hotel.

There's not much nearby, not many restaurants or shops so mostly you'll have to rent a scooter or take a taxi everyday to go to the main spots of Da Nang. The breakfast was ok but not many western options (which is understandable because most of the guests were asians).

Everything is good. Strongly recommended to everyone who visits Da Nang.

I love my sea view from my suite room. Excellent services provided by the hotel, special thanks to Ms Hana for her efforts to serve us. Definitely will come back to this hotel for my next visit to Da Nang.

Nothing all was good

The location across from the beach and the hospitable staff are what I enjoyed the most about the property.

the room is with terrace, but no chairs and table provided as shown in the picture. also, she seems to be the owner, forced me into writing review, and pretty much completed the review using my phone.
