This home was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures were accurate and the host was very welcoming and friendly. We had the best stay in Panama thanks to this home and the wonderful hosts. We will definitely be staying here again!

This house is perfectly located and John is attentive to detail and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. This is the second year to stay and will definitely stay again. Golf cart is a plus and only a short drive to beach and Thomas donuts which was a huge hit with my family.
We surf fished right there at the 84 beach access and this year caught 13 different species.

The home was amazing, John was very quick to help out with any issues and a very good guy to deal with. The home is very close to the beach and with the provided golf cart was a breeze to get to and from. Our family has stayed in the Panama City area several times and can say that this home will definitely be our go to from now on.

John (host) is wonderful. Responsive , attentive , goes above and beyond. The house is immaculate. What you see in the photos is what you get. The entire home has been remodeled like new. Love the master bath with the huge double shower. Tiled from floor to ceiling. The backyard fenced all around was a big plus for our Havanese. She loved it. The location is excellent. 2 blocks from Laguna beach. We loved the provided golf cart that took us there. We wanted a more tranquil location away from the congestion of PCB and we got that. PCB and Pier Park is only 4 1/2 miles away. West of the house is an easy drive to Rosemary beach, Alys beach …about 4 miles west of the house. It’s minutes drive away. We drove to Destin as well about an hour drive with traffic. We had a fantastic time got to see everything we planned to. Even Panama City itself. You cannot go wrong here. For what you pay for one room per night at a PCB beachfront hotel you get a 3 bedroom detached house with a yard two blocks from the beach. And away from all the riff raff. Highly recommend. We will be back more times for sure. Our new go to home for the emerald coast. Thanks again John!

John was always available by text or phone to answer questions or respond to any concerns. The fenced backyard worked well with our small dog and the golf cart was a savior when transporting gear to the beach. But if just going down to view the sunset, it’s a very short and enjoyable walk.

This beach house is well-situated in Panama City Beach, away from the busy crowds and noise. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet, and just a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. A variety of attactions are within a short drive from the house. We enjoyed visiting three Florida state parks that were nearby: St. Andrews, Camp Helen, and Grayton Beach state parks. The fenced back yard was perfect for our two dogs, as well as for lounging outside on the patio furniture. John was very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions.

Chose John’s place to escape the Midwest cold and get in some beach time between working. The place was spotless and furnished to have what was needed and beyond. The dogs and I loved the backyard and the area is quiet. His home is appointed so well that it makes for a relaxing and perfect stay. The location to go explore or enjoy the beach is another positive. Highly recommend.

Well stocked kitchen (Pots, Pans, Dishes & Utensils) with almost everything one could want for dining at home on those nights when you want to stay at home. The grill was a plus for someone who likes to cook on the grill and access to the golf cart was a nice feature as well. It was also nice to have the garage which allowed us to park inside and when getting ready to head out for the day we could load up our dog without worrying about him running off. The fenced in back yard also worked well for us since we brought our dog. It allowed him to get out and run around without needing to be on a leash. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We came in from Iowa
and it felt like being at home, but with much warmer temperatures.

We needed a house that would allow our two 50 lb fur babies. We hit the jackpot with this lovely home! The yard with a privacy fence was great for them to run around freely. The house is beautifully furnished in every room. The master suite is amazing!! The golf cart is the cherry on top!! This house will not disappoint. John was quick to respond to any inquiries. We'll definitely be back!

The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and beach access 84. Laguna is a great little beach town! The garage was an added bonus as we surf fished and had lots of gear to store. The golf cart was nice as well. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay!! We definitely recommend this property!!

This home was very clean, we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. The beds were very comfortable. The location is just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. John was an excellent host and was attentive to our needs. Our only recommendation would be to add a television to the queen bedroom.

We stayed here for the week between Christmas and New Years. We were in town for a baseball tournament with our 3 sons. The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 5 + our golden retriever. We loved the proximity to the beach, hot tub, and large yard for our dog. John responded to any questions we had immediately. House was a short walk or golf cart ride away from the beach. It's also a quick drive to the central part of PCB or Rosemary Beach. Would definitely recommend this house!

Since my husband is not a big beach person this house was perfect for our stay in PCB! Just a few blocks away from beach access with a fenced yard for our fur babies. House was clean and well maintained. Excellent communication with property owner! Plenty of room for more family members but was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation stay. Restaurants, shopping, and grocery 5 min away. The golf cart was an awesome addition to this rental. Made my "Headed to the beach!" days so much easier. Would recommend and use again!

Loved the house the golf cart and hot tub were great. Beautiful area close to everything but far enough away not to be overwhelmed by people. Only changes I would make to the property are adding tvs to the smaller bedrooms and getting rid of the front load washer…it smelled just like every other one I have used and made the laundry smell. Other than those small changes the place was perfect!

This house was PERFECT. Location was great. Golf cart made getting to beach, a breeze. Everyone had their own space. House is very roomy and the fenced back yard was terrific, for our dog. Having a large garage gave us extra parking and a place to keep all of our beach toys. We loved the large double shower and large master bathroom. John was a joy to deal with and very helpful, during our stay. This has been our favorite house of all that we've rented, in the Panama area. We will definitely be back!

We had a great week at the beach with our three children (3 and under) and this home was a big part of the reason! Easy access by golf cart to a lovely beach, one story so no worrying about stairs for little ones, outdoor shower and huge indoor shower, and plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and the perfect proximity to PCB attractions to the East and Rosemary Beach/Alys Beach to the West. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is .24 miles from beach entrance number 84. It is an easy walk, but the golf cart is there if you need it. Clean, cool house and comfortable furniture.

Fun At the Beach!
Our trip to the beach this year was fun and having a nice clean house to stay in made it even better! Also, having the golf cart available to get to and from the beach as well as running to the grocery and to get yummy donuts made our stay even better! The gas grill was also a bonus to help with delicious dinners. Overall, a very nice stay all on one floor and we would stay again. Our host was extremely responsive to any question asked!

This property is amazingly lovely and perfect for a family! We were amazed at home clean everything was! Lots of little perks like starter clothes detergent (huge help for towels and suits mid week washing!) and to second what so many others said, the golf cart was a lifesaver!! This was a lovely little neighborhood…one we would live in if we could! And John responded quickly to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect Vacation
The house is lovely and was plenty of space for 4 adults and our Aussiedoodle. The fenced in yard was so great with our dog. The golf cart made the trip over to the beach so quick and easy. Would absolutely stay here again. The owner is awesome and responds to all messages ❤️

John is amazing to work with! The check in process was a breeze and the house was perfect. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the golf cart. It was a very short golf cart ride to the beach. We had to find other beach entrances to use as they were working to build back the beaches/construction but this was no problem. House was very clean, spacious, and well decorated. We will be back!

Awesome Family Beach Vacation
Absolutely loved our time staying at the home and would stay here again! House had everything we needed. Golf cart made a quick ride to the beach. Not far from Thomas Donuts and a local Carousel grocery store. Having the outdoor shower was great to get the sand off from the beach before going inside the house.
